One other thing that has always been a bit of missing ilnk, was the ability to sort the assets and corp assests by 'Distance'. The number of jumps shows up in the name listing, but there is not a column to sort this by making it difficult to quickly see what is close and what is far away.
Here's hoping that all of the UI improvements work flawlessly and as intended on patch day!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH |

I guess so many players are craving to get in touch with you devs, since we play the game and know exactly what annoys us. We don't really need a CSM, all we need are the devs who actually communicate with the player base and take those serious. I think these small UI changes are a perfect topic to gain the trust of the players and vice versa, we trusting in CCP's direction.
Keep up the good work, devs! Eve community: An angry mob of bright people hunting witches, more torches, more hay forks, growing and growing. |

Love the little things threads. So many good changes and ideas. As someone who scans a fair bit, I've been wondering if it's possible to sticky the scanning window to the Neocom either permanently or when the system map has been opened.
At the moment the only way to do this seems to be to leave the window open and minimise it to the Neocom. If it could be set to either drop down from the map icon when the system map is opened or be tagged at the bottom of the Neocom it'd be very nice.
Also, since I'm talking about little things, how about an option to remove the input area of a chat window? Or at least the option to make it take up less realestate. At the moment it's about 4 lines in depth. For a few of my windows I keep them hanging off the bottom of the screen as at to reduce the space they take up. If the chat bar were either optional or able to be made much smaller, this'd really be very helpful.
Regardless, keep up the great work. |

There is a defect on the sorting, it only affects some players it seems (I have not been able to repro).
Teclador, could you tell me what regional settings you are using on your computer? That might help us solve the issue... as far as we can tell this has nothing to do with my changes |

Yes Cache is cleared some times, via Ingame, Launcher and Outof the Game Method (get that Method some weeks ago during an Petition, see here Clearing_the_cache_and_settings).
Btw, this Issue also occurs on the Skill list, see here: Fail Skill Sortings |

Alright, I have a SUPER TEENY TINY LITTLE MINISCULE INCONCEIVABLY Small suggestion :
If you right click on your ship / capacitor you can "Add Location" and open the "create a bookmark" window without needing to go through people and places.
This would save me a bit of trouble with always needing to switch to the people and places tab whenever i need to drop bookmarks. It's available on objects in space for the most part, so why not on your own ship representing your own location?
Thanks! Mimidae Risk Solutions Recruiting |

Just a little heads up.
Whenever I activate my Tracking Links on fleet members, the countdown timer thingie is now placed on top of where their shield bar is. Before the patch, it was below their name and whatnot. The new location is a bit annoying, although not game breaking. |

This has happened with each patch over the past few months. Where should I report this? I do have filters and different tabs in place, so I figured this may be the reason.
When you're losing these NPCs from your overview, are you losing all your overview settings or is this the only thing that seems to be changing? This seems to be the only thing. I have to manually add all sleepers, whether frig, cruiser or tower. On another note, it also seems to display certain things it shouldn't. On my "battle" overview, I have it set to only show people with neutral or negative standing, but last night I noticed that one of my corp mates was showing up in overview while the others were not. My other corp mates are mentioning some issues with the overview as well, but we haven't said anything at a length more than "Oh, mine is actin' weird, too. Would you focus fire, please?! kthx" I'll make sure to keep some notes and then submit. Thank you for asking. =) Well... huh. They're in the overview defaults, they're in the correct places in the code... I can't see anything wrong with the way they're configured on our end. Do you know if you lose non-Sleeper NPCs too? Bloodpetal wrote:How about just letting us add all those NPCs the usual way with the overview settings!! You can add/remove all NPCs using "Pirate NPC" and "Mission NPC" in the "NPC" category in overview settings. The reason we don't let you add/remove them on a per-"group" level (ie, "Asteroid Serpentis Frigate" etc) is that there are 217 separate NPC groups and it would make for a pretty terrible UI. Open the "Structures" category, imagine that being 10x longer and that's about what you'd be dealing with.
I think it was originally a problem with my own overview settings per tab, so the problem appears to have been a PEBKAC or ID 10 T error. They're common and frustrating errors.
On a less humorous note, I had my overview settings not to display Mission NPC's under certain tabs, which I am assuming is a blanket checkbox for most NPC groups to avoid what you were talking about above. When patches came through, since that box wasn't checked, anything I added to my overview under a certain tab would not be saved, which seems like reasonable behavior. Hence my goof while in wormhole "I thought there were frigs in this spawn." "There are." "I don't see any..." "Shoot the frigs!!!" "WHAT FRIGS?! Oh, those frigs." *adds*
If we do add something to the overview, could their be an option/checkbox under Overview Settings that basically states "If they add this 'type' to the overview, automatically check the appropriate box."
If anything else changes, I'll keep you posted in a more appropriate forum. |

step by step a dream comes true
Maybe one day we can easily drag and drop anything imaginable to any window where it is needed.
Also signed the proposal for adding additional Wallet section. Why it is needed? Here an example of the wanted walletsetup for a noobtrainingcorp in Hisec with about 80 Members (10 Trainer, 40 Trainees, 30 alts for different purpose). I wish to found in the distant future
1. Mainwallet 2. Mining 3. PVE 4. PVP 5. Reimbursement 6. Resupply Items Corp Hangar 7. POS 8. Recruitment 9. reserve for hard time 10. Replacement Corpowned Assets 11. Memberloans 12. Temp.
I can think of alot more wallets for bigger corps.
With the 7 Wallets we have now, I have to sum up many Wallets into one and then do accounting for these wallets with pen and paper (where I split them up again). But as you can imagine this is a pain in the a**.
And keep up your hard work. "Thousand Little Things" Best Idea of CCP since the invention of EvE itself. |

I'd like to ask for two very small changes to the functionality of the Market window....
- show which order is mine (i'd suggest coloring the text red, or sth)
- when you right-click your own order in the market window, add a modify order entry
... which would be an immense help for any trader/manufacturer.
This way you could do most of your order management directly from the market window (with the quickbar to assist). As it is now you HAVE to use your wallet/order window, which significantly reduces the value of the quickbar. Yes i can get a quick glance at an item by just clicking on it in the quickbar, but then... i can't do anything about it when i need to adjust the order, i still have to SEARCH and FIND the item in my wallet/order window. |
