Hah, Die Amaar scum! Seriously, npc's cheat outrageously. Ships with no missile points fire missiles. Heavy missiles hit for 450 damage and so on. So it's probably fine.

Theres another idea in the features and ideas forum. imo if anything like this never happens it has to be with ship loss. Spanking somebodies shields away and saying "ooh, stop stop!!" doesnt cut it. Theres a test server and corp mates for that.

Attributes matter more than skills. As long as they are "reasonably" balanced and you dont have really high charisma you are fine. (Charisma is teh suck)
