You should ignore the Quad Light Beam. It is basically a Medium Beam Laser with higher Grid Requiement and really messed up tracking (because of the signature resolution). Just fit Medium Beam Laser instead. CCP fix plz

1x LAR II + 3x specific Hardeners II tanks all standard spawns without problems. Use the rest for Cap (enough to run it 23/7) and add some stabs, guns, nos, ecm etc to annoy npc-gankers ^^
