why would you ever want to fly a ship without low slots? It will be slow, having low damage and no usefull mods like damage control or energy/grid management. Also no way to boost ecm. So whats left? 8 slot shield tank without cpu to fill the slot...

im trying to swap but it seems bugged, for example i try to combine amarr offensive 1 with engineering 1 (which should result in 7 Turrets), but i only get 5, no matter what other subsystems are present. Hidden malus somewhere or bug... ill report...
