Shield extender signature radius penalties stack on top of each other. +30 sig +30 sig + 80 base sig = 140 sig. They stack up just fine. Shield relays stack as well. 300 sec. cap recharge * 1.3 * 1.3 = 507. Again, the penalties stack up just fine...
