Looks OK. For soloing you may want to fit a sensor booster for catching more battlecruiser / cruiser sized targets. ECM drones are very efficient too, you should use them .

Damage output isnt so good on a solo ACtempest because you cant fit a good armor tank + several gyrostabilizers. Hopefully the damage rigs will help fix this , powergrid isnt a real issue if you use dual 425mm auto II.
