Thanks Nabraxis but that didn't help. My processor has HT, and i tried setting each CPU and both gave me the FPS stutter.

I think the problem is bottlenecks. Jump gates, warp end points. Camping becomes compulsory because the advantage it nets you is huge. The travel system is long overdue for an audit. And the whole cloaked-while-jumping thing is a blatant fiction b...
