101. Experiences on a Jaguar setup - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
bah, an extra 280 hp on your shields is not worth the loss of an ab/mwd ... Honestly, I've tried a jagabond fit and it's good enough to have a single extender, mwd, web, scrambler ... Originally by: Radeberger If you plan to make your a...

102. Hurricane Help - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
If you go pve, you won't need a double repper, so a gank-like fitting does wonders (6*425mm II, 2+ gyros) You've got a large enough hp buffer to kill any NPC with minimal tanking and a single med rep, any other NPC dies fast. Same goes with inje...

103. Boost The Nidhoggur - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Originally by: Kar Anshral Nidhoggur has the same average cap recharge rate as the others, though it has lower total reserve so it does run out sooner if the need is more then the recharge can provide. The remote duration reduction comes o...

105. bubbleless solo sabre - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Actually, suicide T1 cruisers are extremely funny every now and then ... dirt cheap and surprisingly efficient if you've got enough skillpoints and pvp experience to back you up ... Originally by: Radeberger If you plan to make your alli...

106. bubbleless solo sabre - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
A skilled sabre pilot can take some cruisers, and will definitely be able to engage average cruiser pilots, but he will just get splattered by skilled and well fitted cruiser pilots ... There was a thread going on about this, I'll try to dig it ...

107. High Warp Speed - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
warping fast is useful, but since time to accelerate to full warp speed and go back to sub-light speed remains the same, it's only handy for long warps, you won't feel much of a difference over a few AUs ... Originally by: Radeberger If ...

108. Dictor with out sphere launcher. - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
a trasher can't speedtank like a sabre can ... with a sabre, you get a nice amount of frig kills, a sabre can kill bigger ships ... And by not fitting a sphere launcher, you save 100 CPU, this can help, although I would not consider NOT fitting i...

109. T2 Rokh vs Maelstrom - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
numbers crunching aren't enough, and also one detail about neglecting a damage bonus since it affects both ships equally isn't a good idea, since it's a bit more complicated. absolute dps is an interesting indicator, but what matters when you pit...

110. Small gang Wolf - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
well, since your original fit does not include tackling gear, I assume that you won't mind if I suggest the a passive fit on a wolf I don't have Qfit at work, so I can't try it out, but a general slot layout would be similar to a jagabond, minus ...

111. EW Nerfage - It's Sensor Dampers' Turn - in Ships and Modules [original thread]

112. DPS of Carriers - in Ships and Modules [original thread]

113. DPS of Carriers - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Edited by: Vathar on 23/02/2007 11:26:32 I'm fairly sure ishtarlike bonus does not apply to fighters, maybe control range bonus applies and I would be curious to know if the old +1 fighter/lvl that was kept on the guardian vexor applies ... A...

114. Ships that don't need to use stargates - in Ships and Modules [original thread]

115. DPS of Carriers - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
each fighter starts at 50 dps +20% per level of the fighter skill ... so it's at least 60 with fighter skill at 1, and rises up to 100 for a fully skilled pilot Just consider the number of drones launched and you get a max of 1500 dps for a full...

117. A simple fix for nos - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
I don't want complete Nos removal. However, cap management is a part of combat, but it should not be the main part. It's pretty much like piloting skills. Being able to maintain good trajectories and outmanoeuvring your enemy should be a factor...
