There is no conceivable way that a month long investigation could have overlooked that fact. I knew Kenny was an existing alliance from dotlan, before the Haargoth incident. You made the right call here, but this is far from coming clean and telling the truth about why the initial "allow unprecendented name change" decision was made when it was so obviously and completely wrong.

Sure their sov claims would be reset but who cares, they only have a handful of unimportant systems left anyway.
