Nah, its just a long deserved fix.
Falcon looks to have lost range and kept strength. All to the good. I would probably have given it a small shield bonus over the missile bonus but hey..

Lets just hope all those BO's actually get used now.
and the Falcon is fine! just insure it now and omg dare i say it! pvp with it. its not nerfed nearly as much as the amarr nor the nano nerf. it still jams FINE.
but CCP a hybrid bonus seriously wtf hybrids? its a t2 blackbird not a Moa

Looking forward to several of these fixes.
However, could you please make contract values display consistently by always showing the value in parenthesis?
Currently: 2,000,000,000 (2 Billion) 1,999,999,999
Consistently: 2,000,000,000 (2 Billion) 1,999,999,999 (1.99 Billion)
Please! This would: 1. Weed out the lazy UI scammers. 2. Eliminate a lot of useless spam in local and in various trade related channels 3. Allow me to drink more beer!
Surely those are three great reasons!

Yes, like the Hybrid Weapon focused Harpy, Eagle, & Vulture. All Ishukone ships, all the same basic weapon philosophy. (Buzzard doesn't have a weapons bonus) So take a quick look at the corporate family of ships, it makes sense if you are going to give it a weapon's bonus you will give it one consistent with the rest of the corporate family of ships. (Background based game design, it occasional comes up)

must be the first time ever. i only been flying the BB since well eve started and it never had a hybrid bonus. I guess that if falls inline with other ships of its kind thats cool. just seems wierd to me after 6 years they finally noticed the BB needed guns

There are far too many scammers using this. You know why? Not because there are obscene amounts of stupid people playing eve, but because a number like 999,999,999 is actually huge and tricks the eye. I agree, the value should be put into parentheses, always, and not specifically to stop scammers, but to make contracts easier to navigate.

oh thats gonna suck :\ I used to set long skills and plug in two +3 implants for that skill then pod myself around for the month, sucks that we'll now have to rely on jump clones with their excessive cool-down timer
other than that good patch, but is the agility fix coming in this patch?

Question on the drone target change. Doesn't this mean that essentially the "agressive" does nothing now? As you have to tell them what to attack, so otherwise they'll just float around? Patch notes wording could be better. Logic would say that agressive mode would mean they attack what attacks you... but that contravenes the patch changes. I wonder if the warp tunnel direction bug has been fixed.. Sometimes the tunnels direction is different then the direction you're actually warping too.. Seems to happen when you open the map while warping..

I think the Drone thing is more along the lines of, you tell your drones to attack something, they fly towards it, then go back and start attacking a different target. I also think it means that your drones won't split up into 2-3 groups even with focus fire on.
If it actually does keep them from agressing on their own it's a pretty big nerf, especially to drone boats. But they could have thrown it in there because of the Falcons shorter range, they would be within normal drone aggro radius.

It used to keep training with 'old' speed (like you still would have those implants) until you either manually stopped the skill or started new skill. So common tackiks was to plug in pair of +4 or +5 and not to care about getting podded, bcos that long skill you had training still got the benefit.
This will indeed make losing clones more expencive (as you might want to plug in new pair of +3's after every time you get podded). It might also affect lower end implant prices putting upward pressure on them.

I would speculate they remain as they are ;) It was somewhat surprice indeed when warping gang to mission, that only mission holder ended up on first acceleration gate and rest of the gang inside first stage.
