I know we pay for the game and sometimes patches can take a long long time to get done but 12 hours is nothing back in exodus it was a 4 day patch haha, and they did used to reimburse patch time to ppl with free hours of game time, but why would they here all they can see is people slating them cos you don't all have a life out side of eve. GET A GRIP!

You wouldn't scream at the makers of Crysis for not being able to play the game at full screen on an older PC. Why do it here? Keep up the good work.

Re. extended downtime I am sure they are doing all they can to get it right and avoid emergency downtimes whilst game is in play. I do understand the frustration of some players with skill queues and other game issues etc. This is more a sign of how Eve "grabs" you as a game, so be patient and they will get us back online as soon as they can.
