Jita's population currently at 1573 1504 and dropping by two or three every five to ten seconds...
Ok now there's an influx.... 1684 and climbing... 1700, 1800, 1900.
That surely is one tough monument. I see a small red bar but the hull rep is unbelievable.
CCP read the chat, look at the ship and jet-can names then go spank yourselves for even suggesting going MT/P2W/FTW. (not for the win, you can guess what it means)

Wow, interesting. It used to be "hidden" a bit before: You had to change subscription as there was no option to cancel it straight before....

"Selling them though, is highly controversial. We are planning on doing so." Can it be more clear?
Not only does it go against what was said/promised before, the predominant view in there is that they want to take these M(i/a)cro-transactions to a whole new level, one which inevitably (no matter how it'll be implemented) contradicts what Eve is all about.

I've canceled my three accounts. I will be keeping an eye on this situation. If this Walking in Stations is forced upon like I demanded it not be fore THREE YEARS, if this MT bull**** creeps it's way into core gameplay, CCP can lick my ****.
She's been with them before launch and yes I remember CCP Wrangler.
If you go to eve-search you can see her 30 odd posts going back 8 years.
My guess she's the last of the original crew that still works in any capacity of EVE, they trotted her out hoping someone that old might calm the masses. Didn't work.
It is a shame though, almost reminds you of Tiggs at SWG, but Tiggs was actively supporting the players too something we've not really seen Pann do.

It's even easier to find now.... Mouse over "account" drop-down and there's a very, very clear option to "cancel subscription."

First of all I really hope that, someone high in your company takes the time and energy to read every single post, I think we deserve to be listened to, especially those of us who are calmly and articulately expressing how we feel. If my money is good enough for you to take then my 2nd post should be worth of some attention as well. I was happy to just watch the explosions but then I went and read ôgreed is goodö for myself, and I feel the need to talk.
I am relatively new to eve, but I certainly am not new to MMOÆs. I really struggled with your game. I played it and walked away, but I always came back, wanting a challenge. I am your ideal customer : male 20-40 with income, but not hours on end to play your game. I would like to just take a moment to make a few points:
Please please please look at a game called puzzle pirates: it has a form of plex and arum and has been doing the vanity and micro transactions for a long time. I have sunk hundreds if not thousands of dollars for them because they are doing it right. Those who buy the plex are as important as those ôsink/spendö the plex.
I have no problem with having really really expensive things in the shop. When you have billions and billions of isk, you stop looking at it as a 70$ monocle, because you didnÆt have to spend any RL money to get it or spend any RL money to play the game at all. People will spend the arum if you market it a little better and really think ahead. (see below)
I think anyone with half a brain will actually want there to be a cash shop for vanity items, instead of the alternative. I would much rather the vain fuel your cost of the game rather then an increase in the cost of subscription. I love toll roads, people who use things should pay for them, if I chose not to use it donÆt charge me.
Clothes are cool and all but letÆs think about some things people would be happier to pay arum for. How about increasing the cost of an in game medal and charging arum? How about purchasing a medal that will show up on my avatar for arum? How about a fee for taking a group portrait in a corp. It would be awesome to see the leadership team all together displayed on an info page (see puzzle pirates). How about a corp able to buy ôthe blue light specialö where all corp. members ships can have cool blue light effects for a week. I love the custom paint job idea. How about a new shuttle that player still manufacture but have to pay a arum fee to create, the industrials will have no problem passing on your vanity tax. And I would be much more likely to buy a 100mil isk shuttle then I would boots. How about paying an arum for a extra cool corp hanger where we can walk around? Perhaps charging increasing prices for extra rooms. Those are just some ideas. Just donÆt go overboard.
I have faith you will fix the other technical and lag issues in time. I really look forward to seeing how you handle this little mis adventure. Thanks for reading.
