Second wish... NO GOLD AMMO In the NEX store... Make it PINK please.

Last wish... NO MORE MONOCLES... I want a pair of glasses with a false moustache and a cigar.

He's not, not his job.
I just want CSM to walk out. This is t20 all over again in my opinion, and CSM was designed to prevent that sort of behavior from ever happening again. Now I have very little faith in CSM, but if they walked out it proves the company has failed miserably and will further break its image. Players protesting in game is good and all - but media drives everything.
What caused us to review Vietnam? The death toll and atrocities? Or when the media actually made that known to us? Walk Out CSM - You know just as well as we do CCP isn't listening.
You've got four pieces of evidence on that: Newsletter, Email, and the utter disregard of your input on the devblog. Fourth is still refusing to answer your question, the question of the community you represent. You will still represent this community, regardless of title. Leaders become corrupt when they need crowns - metal bands will never substitute the loyalty of hearts.

While I can still post... before accounts run dry...
It hurts me to see EVE implode like this. It really does. I invested 5 years into you, and Hilmar, if you even read this, I have a picture of me taken with you with both of us giving a big 'Thumbs Up', just after I thanked you for 4 years of fun. To which, you 'thanked me' for being a part of your game. Now I see why.
To all you guys fighting MT and all the stuff that is clearly broken/neglected/ignored by CCP in favour of money; keep fighting the 'GOOD FIGHT' as I feel this is the only one you are going to get from this game.
Vote with your money, as that it seems is all CCP are after now.
CCP, I loved you as I viewed you as a games company that was different. Now you are just the f**king same as everyone else. I appreciate your economy is f**ked in Iceland, Just don't expect us to pick up the tab. It isn't our fault.
You promised us that expansions would remain free. With this one, that isn't entirely true, is it?
I believed in you. I had high hopes for you. I wanted you to succeed. Whatever happens to you now, you brought on yourselves.
Greed is good? You really think so? I hope those 40/50 monacles etc. haunt you forever.
I miss what you once were.
I hate what you've become.
Kras.

HereÆs a few more thoughts from my brain thing. IÆve had a change of heart on this. IÆm tired and drunk and not all of this will hang togetherà CCP is trying to develop new IPÆs in order to diversify and grow their business. To develop those IPÆs CCP needs capital, the capital comes either from free cash flow within the company or from outside investment. My guess is free cash flow within CCP is at a premium, profits are good but thereÆs no cash sloshing around. Investors bring the capital, this capital inevitably has strings attached, new board members, new directives, that sort of thing. LetÆs run a thought experiment, letÆs say that someone has turned up to invest and letÆs call them Osny. Osny has no history with EVE and adopts the cod capitalist mantra of ôyou canÆt manage what you canÆt measureö so beloved of corporations run by very neat people with low emotional intelligence. Someone defines a ômetricö relating to how much squeezing potential there is in the eve playerbase. They fail to test how this potential could be leveraged. What is needed, Osny concludes, is an increase in cash flow inside the company a straight up increase in subscription fees would result in failageddon. Someone proposes that a vanity shop be opened up, long discussions are held inside CCP and with their investors. As long as there is no real impact on gameplay then the playerbase shouldnÆt have a problem. Osny insists that the door be left open to Microtransactions over the entire game, to increase cashflow within the company all avenues need to remain open. The newsletter is circulated inside the company, CCP needs to increase cash flow in order to service the CAPEX they have taken on for new IPÆs. Any ideas guys? People are asked, as part of their jobs, to write the pros and cons of MT in EVE. Lots of other stuff is written in the newsletter but it gets edited out during the leak. The playerbase fails to spot the question mark and interprets a document it was never meant to see as set in stone policy. When monocles are released in a dev blog, everyone shrugs, if I want one IÆll get one. The playerbase has just one question. YouÆve seen it enough times in Yellow, here. Why canÆt they answer that question? CCP has different rules for different GMÆs and what they can answer. Imagine that CCP Pann canÆt say anything about the future direction of EVE because itÆs just not allowed, sheÆd be fired for overstepping her remit, Same for CCP Manifest. Monocles become a symbol of poor communication and weird pricing. Manifest, Fallout and everyone pass up the feedback to their bosses, they are unhappy about what is happening, they want to see a direction change but itÆs not possible to change direction until the investors are happy. They are not allowed to say anything on the forums. CCP starts talking to Osny, they see a problem and decide to use number of Unsubs as a metric for how serious this is. Unsubs can be factored into free cash flow, tears are intangible in a financial sense. CCP ask Osny for a change in direction and Osny simply say that they need time to study the metrics. Fail continues. Until Osny gives the go ahead CCP is locked into this, they canÆt say anything independently, the Manifests, Panns and Fallouts are not authorised. IÆd like to apologise for my previous posts, they were a bit of fun and most people havenÆt read them. IÆd like to ask that we stop personal attacks on CCP employees, the most logical explanation is that they are consulting with their investors and that this new communications path is immature and not fit for purpose. It will have to improve. Contacting employees direct by phone is unacceptable, grow up. This is a game, real life harassment is a crime. CCP has to develop different IPÆs, they are coming and in order to increase cash flow within the company they need to get people to pay more money in. I am pretty sure that they are arguing strongly to their investors at the moment to be allowed to promise the playerbase that they will never have gamechanging elements for AUR. There is obviously an internal argument to have. Unsubscribe, this will go to a direct financial metric, this will get through to even those financial analysts with the Emotional intelligence of a baked potato. You donÆt have to quit completely, chances are you have a week or so left of game time, I hope that the metrics will be collected by then at which point, when we have made our point, we can all resubscribe having sent a message of zero tolerance not to CCP but to their investors. I may have got these things slightly even totally wrong and people will probably start off with ôwhat about email xö. Well that guy has a boss, that boss is given direction by the metrics. Attack the metric and win. Unsubscribe and save the game you love. But FFS donÆt biomass your characters.

Oh yes he is thinking about this, no matter how he believed that this patch was deployed smoothly or however high his ivory tower really is there will have been one group of people that dragged him back to reality.
CCPs shareholders.
The constantly mocking articles in the gaming press will have them worried and they will be on the phone demanding to know exactly what has gone wrong. How can he spin to them that cancelled subscription and anger from the players and laughter from the press are a good thing?
