Oh.. please, give me a break. Look.. we were doing fine against Stain, infact, we were kicking their asses. Now Evolution/Xandadu come to bolster Stain (which already consisted of 6-8 corps attacks us) so now we're highly outnumbered down in Curse. It's okay, I know you guys need those 3:1 odds to fight, since I chase you little nooblets around HLW all night when you don't have your lag armada with you. Now I know you guys are all very bored, and you have nothing else to do in Eve cept attack us, so, by all means you may continue. We aren't going anywhere though and we still have some allies to bring in ourselves so, if you want a war, we surely will give you one, don't worry. As for these Curse Coalition people, or whatever they call themselves, all I can say is thank you for leaving. You guys were the dead weight, probably the guys leaking our alliance channel constantly, the guys that never showed up to defend Curse, or did anything useful what so ever. The people that matter are still loyal and willing to defend Curse from Stain and Fountain. I have no problem with these worthless carebear corps leaving, they did nothing anyways. If Stain paid anything for their loyalty, all I can say it was a really bad investment, you just recruited a bunch of cowards who had nothing to do with the defense of Curse in any way shape or form. ------ ROBBLE ROBBLE |

Because I have already made a responce to that in other threads. Since you post in most threads here, it would take alot of my time to respond in all of them. I'll do it again: Psychopath has nothing with MASS to do. 1man army quit EVE and came back now. If you consider him to be a dangerous pirate then Xen0 was fed up with the gameplay Sinister offered, as well as some members. And not even the CA information minister can claim Xen0 has shot at someone innocent after he joined us, which is now quite awhile ago. M.I.A. since 2004-07-30 |

[125] I will help to drive out the pirate corps of Curse in any way I can. I will now remove Nexus and Tyrell corp from my acceptable target list. I hope my fellow Stain Alliance members will do the same and help our hard working, peaceful neighbours free Curse and catch of the pirate scum of EVE. Please evemail me a list of your fellow corp's so I may remove them from my target list as well. Best of luck --------------------------------------------- Just because you are paranoid does not mean people are not out to get you. |

Perhaps we are on different time zones - but I have only just stirred myself out of bed and read this. Firstly can I say how much I welcome the C.C. I knew it would not be long before the good people of Curse stood up to the Pirate horde. It will be dangerous for them, but MASS and I am sure SA as a whole will do our best to aid them. Secondly the matter of us buying pirates. MASS does not advertise for members, and we would never think of offering inducements to join MASS. It is difficult to get into MASS, and what is important is the desire to contribute to MASS, and become a team player in a cooperative focused Corp that plays closely together for fun and specific goals. Do we accept pirates? I have stated before on these boards that we were willing to become friends with Red Corsairs who we were at war with, because they said they wished to change from the path of pirates. We understand that many good players have tried the dark way in this game. If they can convince me that they not only truely wish to give up pirating, but also will put MASS before their own individual needs - then yes I will accept them. The three character you mention do not come into this area though. Pschopath was refused. 1man was one of the original members of MASS many months ago. He said he wanted to try the pirate life and we asked him to leave MASS. He tried it and soon realised he did not like it (realising you are upsetting people in real life can spoil your own fun for people with emphathy). He deleted his character and left the game. He has recently made a new character with the same name and has come home. Xeno is a fine person and has been known to MASS for a long time I thought Legitimate Businessmens club were proud to be pirates - I would be interested to know if this is not so - and what other people thoughts are about you as a Corp. |

There are SA/FA forces ranging freely over curse nearly every hour of the day and night hunting and engaging your Pirate Alliance forces and infrastructure. Your fate is sealed in this area of Eve. Curse Coalition: Omega Corp recognizes the CC member corps as friendlies and will make every effort to avoid accidental engagements. Please open a channel of communication with Specter so we can confirm all those in the CC. Lawful corporations of Curse: To those that have decided to remain and take their chances in the warzone. I urge you to contact the CC and form a powerful alliance that will lead Curse into a prosperous future free of the pirate brigands that have plagued curse. You now see first hand how when evil is ignored and allowed to go unchecked it quickly spreads like a disease. The people of Curse are being provided another opportunity to reclaim what has been taken from them. Learn from the past, take a stand and let your voice be counted among those shouting.... Yes, your lag fleets are impressive, infact they're really over kill. You will only fight 3:1 odds, we all know this. We had a 6v5 situation in HLW the other night in your favor and you all fled from us until we finally nailed two of your battleships and crippled the rest and you guys all logged out (some DURING THE FIGHT hahaha). It's okay though, when your numbers dwindle down we all come out and school your asses left and right. I've personally downed about five of your battleships and a few of your cruisers in the last two nights. :) ------ ROBBLE ROBBLE |

[137] Hmmm time for a little background story: Once upon a time Curse was a pirate nest. One day the pirates decided to focus somewhere else in EVE galaxy. Since the majority of pirates had left new corps arrived. They still had to fight pirates thou but not huge fleets. After awhile some corp got to know and trust eachother and together they combined forces. Then one day a guy says... hey why not make this an alliance ? Hmm yeah why not ? So the so called Curse Alliance was formed. This alliance was based around HLW in Curse and the natural filter to the rest of curse. After patroling for some time more corps settled down in curse since the pirates were dealt with....and so.. another alliance pops up. Ahhh the Curse Alliance says... why not make friends with this other alliance. A meeting was held and the CA gave the offer to the other alliance. They thought about it but couldnt quite decide how good friends since the CA had a known Roleplaying pirate corp among them (Red Corsairs). So it ended with a NAP (Non Agression Pact). Then out of the blue Nexus Enterprises start talking about forming a third alliance (Curse Coalition). They approach the second (nameless alliance). Now what happens im unsure of but about 2-3 weeks later i get informed that Curse Coalition was trying to hire well know pirate corps to destroy Curse Alliance. But Curse Coalition miscalculated something cause these pirates wouldnt attack the Curse Alliance after all since these pirates respected the Curse Alliance. Then another champion show up on the scene SA (Stain Alliance) like most other corps they regarded Red Corsairs as random pirates (which they are not) so they charged into Curse region claiming they needed a path to fight the Red Corsairs and killed people considered as allies to Red Corsairs. So now Curse Alliance had to worry about Curse Coalition and the Stain people. Then Sinister and RUS offer their help cause they have a problem with Stain. We agree that if corps are to work together we better drop the pirate thing all together and try make Curse a home. We make a friend list and a very short KOS list, cause the problem is not Curse citizens but now the big threat came from Stain. Then Stain make a good PR show telling all people Curse Alliance is infested with pirates and all anti-pirate corps clap in thier hands.. ahhh a target. So the war comes to Curse and behind the curtain Curse Coalition awaits the outcome. They wait... and wait.. and wait and one day.. ahhh nows our chance. This is a very nice diplomatic stunt made of Nexus. But it's also this kinda stunt who tell how trusted you can be. On very race occassions i speak on this forum, today was one of them. |

[141] Mr. Raynor, We did not engage this undertaking without accounting for some losses. I do believe that your losses are greater than ours however. You state that we outnumber you 3 to 1. In a war of straight attrition you will indeed lose. Also we have the resources readily at hand to rebuild any losses immediatly. In engagements I was a part of yesterday 8 Curse Alliance vessels were destroyed while our losses numbered 3. Should this trend continue there is only 1 possible outcome to this conflict. One that I can readily accept. --------------------------------------------- Just because you are paranoid does not mean people are not out to get you. |

So you agree that Sinister and RUS came into Curse and allied themselves with you so they could attack SA. Think about it carefully - how would you react to this if you were SA? On a side note we are not at war with Red Corsairs because we don't realise they are merely a 'role playing corp', but because they destroyed an indie of ours with 14 million worth of skills in it, and refused to even dicuss it with us. I imagine they are happy to role play the result of that action as being stamped on everytime we find them. |

[147] Edited by: Mr Blonde on 29/09/2003 12:18:34 Well this thread is so amusing that I dont even know where to start.. First off I think The Reclaimer should perhaps stop TRYING SO HARD. Spreading your weak arguments over 12 posts, and yapping at everyone who posts their opinion in this thread doesnt really make you, or your alliance look very credible. Try to actually get an opinion and then sticking with it. It is a fact that the members of the Legitimate Buisinessmens Club have in the past, and are even now, refering to themselves as pirates, and acting as such. They are at the moment still in FD-M blockading, and killing everyone that is not part of the CA. Now if the Curse alliance would care to explain how the hell this is helping them secure CURSE, which just happens to be on THE OTHER SIDE OF THE UNIVERSE... Im listening.. Fact is that the Curse Alliance is built on lies. They claim that Sinister and their members have reformed, and are now the "military arm" of the Curse, where in fact they are still pirating on the other side of the Universe. Face it CA, before you actually get your pirate friends under control, and have them stop destroying your arguments by their actions, no one is going to believe a word you say. |
