If it had been ingame it would ONLY be CCPs problem. If he had used tools out of CCPs control (TS, Vent, his own webspace) it wouldn't be CCPs problem in first place (still had to decided if they want a CSM of this kind). But it happened at an event they managed in real world. That's a totaly different moster ;). Why the hell can't I fitt capital repairs or shield booster on an Orca ... it's an CAPITAL ship!

Just like the sign's that say "Play at your own risk" do not stand up in court. They are responsible for what happens because of their game by law.
