For one, he'd be in cuffs, charged with conspiracy to harass, general harassment, and inciting harassment, at the very least. I wouldn't be surprised if the DA attempted to go after him for Man 2, but that'd be a stretch.

The only people defending him with the claim of "he was drunk" are Goons and NPC alts of Goons. Even Mittens said in his "apology" that it wasn't an excuse, and to his credit he hasn't attempted to use it.

However, it should be noted that he was very quick to tell us to "deal with it", and that many of our opinions "don't matter" because we are either:

1.) Part of an NPC corporation, or;
2.) Not one of the 10,000+ people who voted for him for CSM.

Doesn't matter what you think; the kid is a sociopath, and if he truly was a lawyer he was probably some scumsucking ambulance chaser who graduated from community college in the lower 10% of his class. Nothing more.
