As far as I know you can hear it as a 'clicking' noise or similar when you are ship-scanned, but I would agree that it is a bit unnoticeable at times. I would concede to having it obvious that you are being scanned, just not making it give a crim...

I wonder what category theses ships will be placed under, navy faction or pirate? nether of which seem to fit in my opinion. So it could be entirely possible they will be placed in the normal pool as was ORE ships, thus having the same opportunity...
