Just because something works on a dev server does not mean it will work once it is deployed and should be retested after deployment. CCP at least had the courtesy to check it after deploying and finding the bug before you logged on and were flaming even more. It also takes more than a few seconds to find a bug, find the cause, fix the bug, repackage, redeploy and retest. If you don't like the down time, go read a book. Or beg for the $0.02/hr they have 'cost' you.

I did 2 months ago. at about 89.00 USD I got a ATI Radieon xfx 5550 card, it a good card for eve.

For the CCP Devs: Double your estimated downtime and add 1 hour on to it. It's what all the other IT guys do and the customers are much happier with you if you get it done sooner than expected rather than hours later than you said it would be.
