Dear CCP,
We are not going to stand by and let this happen, we will not accept a softer introduction of the same things being protested, and we will not accept the sale of non-vanity items without the input of players, in your PLAYER RUN ECONOMY.
I don't care if it's rainbow ammo, if it does damage, and a player didn't make it, it's wrong. Vanity would be like the nano-paint, or a tracer to add to ammo that does not change their amount or their damage or range etc. That is vanity, it doesn't do anything besides LOOK different.
You should be responding and staying on top of this.. oh you had to sleep?? This is the stuff game designers and developers should lose sleep over in order to fix what's gone wrong.
Stop waiting, and planning, if feels too much like scheming at this point, it's time to come forward, show your faces, and talk to your player-base.

Im going to adress this from a "what I like about eve" point of view, and point out where severe threats been made against those things.
First of, I like that CCP usually is open about what they are planing to do, and via dev-forum and test server involves the playerbase. The threat against this is then CCP keeps quiet and, as I experience it, sneaks in changes into the EvE world. I will be happy again then: - The leaked memo gets explained, not what your thinking, but where you stand. AND a clear longterm vision of EvE is published.
Many of us players build corporations and alliance with long term goals in the terms of years... we need to know where EvE is heading!
Second of, I like that EvE is a challangeing game. It requiers a lot from the player, and thus every player invest a lot of time and care into it. The threat against this is that items effective gameplay is released on Noble. Allowing anyone with some spare $ to overtake you. I will be happy again then:
- CCP says No ships, guns, real game items for aurum EVER.
Thirdly, I like that CCP mostly fixes problems, since im paying for the game i naturally want it to work as intended. As of lately, focus have moved WAY to far towards implementation of new contens, as compared to fixing whats allready implace. I will be happy again then: - CCP stop bounching petitions about and deal with them even tho they might be considered to be in the wrong category AND puts effort into making ATI-cards preforming as well as NVIDIA's counterpart. AND Puts priority back into fixing problems before implementing new content.

It really feels like your (ccp) are sending patsies or slaughterlambs, stop that please.

World of Warcraft has an RMT system. However, those don't give you benefits in game. You get a sparkly pony (YAY!!!!!!!!), or a small companion animal. There is nothing that you can buy to give you a massive advantage. Everything is gained through your own actions. Say what you will, but at least WoW hasn't fallen to your level. Then again, they have a solid fanbase that hasn't been constantly **** on by their developers.
How many times have you lied to this community? How many times have we been told, "We are looking to build a relationship with you. We want you to trust us!" To be honest, the only relationship you have been consistent in giving is (not really) surprise buttsex.
We want things fixed in this game. We want issues that have been brought up for years addressed. We want you to stop with this Incarna BS and fix something, like hybrids.
AND WE WANT YOU TO KEEP YOUR GODDAMN WORD.
Tell me: if you lose EVE Online, what do you have? DUST? Wasn't that supposed to be set in the EVE universe? So what happens if EVE dies?
And what stops your competitors from pointing to EVE and saying, "Do you really want to play that when it's destined to fail?"
What about WoD? Your competitors are being given all the ammo they need here.
You have decisions to make, and you have something you have to do. However, integrity is like virginity: once you lose it, you can never get it back. At this point, you have to work for our trust. You have to not only support this game and show us it's still worth playing, but also that you as a company and as people are deserving of our respect and money.
What you do speaks so loudly that what you say I can not hear.

I've been playng this game since 2005 and this is the 1st time posting on eve forums. I have just one thing to say: I feel the monthly subscription should entitle me to have full access to game content and have therefore cancelled my accounts. I feel not even vanity items should cost real money, not when there's a subscription already associated to playing the game.

I can't wait till they get the real WiS up and running. Where I can showoff my AUR bought pirate hat and my AUR codpiece. I would realy like a guristas engineerd bunny instead of a parrot to.
