I have trouble seeing EvE survieve this, unless there is some serious radically changes. Alot of heads rolling and development restored from its current zombie state. Since all devs seems to be doing work elsewhere.

It's realy eazy though,.. Grab a team of 2 legal advisors by the neck, drop them in a room, get a programmer or two to join the party, grab a secretary from behind her desk, pull two community moderators from behind the closet and mix those in and that's it,... Ask the Community mod's what their seing in the forum (massive unsubbing, grave dis-sattisfaction, alraund resistance against the financial model that you are trying to forcefeed us) and ask the mods what they think would be a good cource of action. (i'm sure you get my drift. Tell that secretary to keep typing her notules of the meeting. Turn to your Programmers and ask what needs to be done to implement the changes to your model and check with the legal advisors if there would be a fundamental impact on the company if said model would be alterd to suit community needs. GEt on the phone with who ever you need and tell them that you have reached a conclusion and fount a way to satisfy the community and turn this ****storm around.

Since Eve is winding down, they may as well milk every last cent they can get. Now come on, they can't come out and say this. I wouldn't expect them to. Agreed, they should have realized people would pick up on it and had a better plan on how to spin it. But still, it really isn't reasonable to expect an honest answer here. Edit: Oh, and we get to test the new forums too, so they will have them ready for the new game.

I'm sure you are a nice guy and all, but its just not the time. The ONLY REASON you (CCP) are not responding to the question is that it would be fuel in the fire, because lets be honest here, YES YOU DO WANT TO INTRODUCE pay to win items. Now, i'm sure you are making up a strategy on how to communitcate that to us "gently" as we go along with the protest, but thats YOUR problem.
