4500 quit eve. let me do some calculation here.
with about?? 300.000 active accounts, those 4500 accounts is only 1,5% of the playerbase. BUT, if CCP needs 250.000 accounts to pay the expences of the company, the remaning 50.000 accounts is a profit.
Now - Those 4500 accounts takes the top of the profit, and it's acturaly a 9% drophit in their profit.
The bedst way to get our way, is to hit the wallet.
Cancel a account for a month or 2, if you play with gametimecards, take a break. if the market get flooded with plexes, price will drop and people wont buy plexes becos they are cheap.

Hey Guys... they've already said that if the shop is not popular they will not add to it right? and even if they do add to it So what..
Has anyone thought of simply not using the NEX? They cant make cash if you dont buy the PLEX and convert it to the new money. think on that. with the number of people in this thread alone combined with the number of protesters you should easily be able to pod anyone who has purchased such items the instant they come out of station.
Ever though of that as a form of protest? hell even if tehy release a "super ship" that can fly in highsec with the sheer numbers of protesters you should pop that sucker in seconds.
Since you guys feel so strongly I figured adding some other ideas wouldn't hurt.
find the vanity fliers and pod them repeatedly.

Found this on forum - Everyone speak their mind! I voted for "The Jita Blockade" since everybody knows what that is, regardless of which side you were on. We must solidify this event in history - if EVE Online survives it will be one more tool to hold against CCP in the future.

6m x 12months = 72m
72m enables ccp to pay 720 employees 100k per year.
CCP however only has 353 employees who shouldn't make more than 60k on average......
353 x 60000= 21.180.000
That leaves +- 50m euro to pay for infrastructure....
Is developing "Twilight Saga: Online" is costing them that much?

Many people expressed their doubts as to "purpose" of CQ, Incarna and other stuff involving turning EvE into a non-spaceships game. Probably it was written somewhere on a hull of the Threadtitan, but don't you get the feeling we participate (and pay for it) in a mass-testing event for World of (Alleged Breach of "Twilight" Trade Mark)? Guys (and gals) let's face it. The game about Emo-Vampires will reap CCP much more profits than some nerd-oriented, space opera where you need Excel Charts to plan your business.
The only question is - will CCP survive long enough to launch the World of Emo, because slaughtering a milking cow in order to feed your fancy lions may end up quite badly when you realize, that your lions are hungry and you've got no cow left.

This game looks really promising and similar to EvE (without the MT) all be it robots. I am waiting to see what happens with EvE at the mo but if nothing changes in regards to MT and P2W items then I will be giving this game a try. The screenshots look amazing.
