When your security status gets low enough and you enter a system too high in security rating compared to your negative security status, TWO things of note happen :
(1) the NAVY of the sovereign faction will attack you (same as it happens with enemy militia players)
*** in the SPECIAL CASE EXCEPTION when you do that in a system where CONCORD has sov, then you WILL get CONCORDOKKENED, but otherwise it's just navy ships - annoying but avoidable, killable, tankable
and
(2) OTHER PLAYERS CAN SHOOT AT YOU WHENEVER THEY DAMN WELL PLEASE without getting CONCORDOKKENED themselves.

If I go into an ice belt in a barge to mine, I can get ganked repeatedly by someone with a -10 security status?

Someone who is supposed to be insta killed by concord can somehow warp to me and kill me over and over again in practically free ships?

I have no problem whatsoever with being ganked, so long as they take the security hit, and after several times concord instagibs them. Keeps the game fun having to pay attention for stuff like that.

However are you seriously telling me that this game has come to the point where I can lose multimillion isk ships in high sec to someone who has -10 sec rating over and over again?

I prefer to use a Brutix because they are classier. What really gets me hot, though, is the new tier 3 battlecruisers...battleship level DPS for a fraction of the battleship's price! My massive thighs are literally quaking with excitement

Do what they want you to do, leave. Unlike the zealots who troll you, you're not married to EVE. This game now averages 20-25K online with mediocre spikes. CCP know 8 year old games never recover from that. The xenophobes on the forums don't but you see the "bread and butter" of EVE.

Go play test server untill your account runs out, then try another game. Give it 3 or 4 months you will get a 5 day free return or a $5 killmail from CCP. I know you are pissed but trust me, once you get away for a few months it all seems far less frustrating and all rather pathetic.

I've known probably 100 clowns just like this guy and his buddies in other games. All they wanna do is upset the status quo no matter what they have to do to do it. They don't care what happens to anyone. They aren't concerned with the integrity of the game. They just want to cause the maximum amount of grief with the least amount of effort.

No, its called market manipulation. Which is a way to make profit. Happens in the real world, even with laws and such against it. In EVE, there are no market laws, its (almost) the perfect Capitalist utopia. Deal with it.
