Crescent and Hammer	Posted - 2007.10.05 11:18:00 - [301] I'm quite disappointed that the minmatar t2 maradeur battleship is shield tank or maybe speed tank but NOT an armor tank (6 med slots vs 5 low, quite nice shield resistances and not that interesting armor ones) :(((( Hope there will be more maradeurs in future for the minnies, fine armor tanks between them too.

I think that means a COVERT field - you know - a CLOAKED field - one that doesn't light up the universe. Initial concept was that it could also jump in a few cov ops/recon ships - Hell - Cloaking V is looking pretty damned attractive to me now ! Imagine your locked down system, gates bubbled camps in place - suddenly with no Gate activation/Cyno showing 5 ships appear in local . . . no sign of them . . .no way to scan down . . .intel gathering commences. (Of course the same effect can be generated using a login ) P.S. I also like the Domi . . . . .

Well the missing BS is the maelstrom, I would not hold my breath for a T2 armor tanked maelstrom. If brute force doesn't solve your problem... you are not using enough

Old designs with different colors :( T2 ships are variations from T1 ships. new hulls however weren't promissed for REVIII, except the gfx overhaul, so we might get some good surprises --- planetary interaction idea!
