About the marauder ships:
They have obviously designed around the "all tank, no gank" theory. When CCP said they were going to make T2 battleships, they would *NOT* be battleship sized HACs. This would essentially remove the purpose of HACs entirely from EVE. If you look at the Marauders, you notice 2 things:
1) Marauders about half as many hardpoints as a normal battleship.
2) Marauders have less than HACish resists. IE, Amarr Marauder has 40% exp. resists instead of 60%.
What I personally find surprising are the HACish resists on the new frigates and cruisers.

Why are people going ape **** over the Warp disrupt field gen, did you actually look at it?
Seems to be a scrambler for jump drives, you activate it like a normal scrambler and the other 'bonuses' make it so the cap ship has a better chance to kill you.
Nothing about it says it is like a dictor sphere in any way, I mean even the icon for it is a scrambler.

It has range and not radius so that would seem it's a targetted module.
Much speculation so far...
Imo they should add covert ops 5 or recons 4-5 to the reqs for black ops instead of cloaking5, while also add command ships 4 as prereq for the marauders.

What's up with the drone "bandwidth" stats? I find that very interesting. I'm definetly looking forward to adding a kierion to my hanger. (5 mid-slots in a frig. Mmmmmmm.)

The model for the Phobos isn't fitting - it has a missile launcher on its model, but no launcher hardpoints whatsoever. Should be changed.
And yea - a T2 Hyperion would be a great choice for Black Ops... the sin is hideous.

- The Keres with the the other electronic attack ships (slot layout especially)
Even without factoring in their superior drone capacity and bandwidth, Gallente ships are already just plain better than their counterparts.

Some of those skills seem to revolve around being a "poser". Like having fake clearance to go through a gate... sounds like one of the new ship types talked about a few weeks ago will be a covert-cargo transporter ie: Millennium Falcon.

hmm, that Plate seems to be a good waste of money seeing as Rolled Tungston Plates give the same HP boost for less mass and are actaully affordable compared to other 1600 plates.

Lol. Ridiculous. Keres 10m3 bay, one less gun hardpoint, bandwith : 5, OMGDEVHAX... and why is the Phobos overpowered? you don't even know the bonuses...
Edit : I really don't see why the Gallente one only gets a 10m3 bay, with 5BW (prolly one small drone out at time) while the amarr one, with the same number of guns gets a whooping 60m3 and 20 BW... Anyway, let's see the bonuses.

Those ultrafast ships immune to everything (except minnie recon or ultraexpensive overheated faction mods) needed a nerf anyway.
The way I understand it, the speed and sig radius penalty aren't effects, but penalties you get while the field is active. Notice the speed AND thrust factor: CCP probably doesn't want your heavy dictor to fit an oversized afterburner to move fast while using the module.

Sure it is a targetedd module, only oniplE think differently.
But indipendently if it can block a Jump, it will block a warp and slow to 10% the speed of a MWD ships and add 50% target size.
Energy cost is high, but I dubt you will need that module for much time, especially is you have multiple ship with it and it is not nerf stacked between different ships.
Actually, the name says "warp disruption field generator". Fields have dimensions, therefor its logical to assume its a bubble. It could be a cube or pyramid aswell, but i think im gonna stick with bubble for now.
As for "range" instead of "radius", dictor probes have a "range" aswell, so do mobile warp disruptors, none of them say "warp scramble radius"...

Because guns are most of the time unimportant when flying ewar ships (with some exceptions), and 5 med slots > amarr 4 med slots. About the Phobos, its bonuses could be 5% better honortanking by level and it would still be better than the LOLdevoter with its great 3 medslots and 4 turrets hardpoints (wtf seriously ? Please explain this one).
About the drones, yes, I was totally wrong, unless it's a bug and drone space is added to heavy dictors later.
