Because people are now using smartbombs (8x) to blow cruisers up right the moment they uncloack while beeing in range of 2km?

defeats the point, fine the no cloak well locked or a 2km deactivation, but 10 thats just shafted all of us.
ccp is getting nerf happy like soe are.
10km thats like 1/4 the area of some belts.

Heres a better solutuon - Make smartbombs unusable for 20 seconds after uncloaking, the same as the lock penalty, there, fixed, now, we no longer need to make cloaking a useless ability (if this patch goes ahead, cloaking is going to be unused, another "feature" brought by the devs, to be totally ruined by them days after. The ones i really feel for are the ones who collected the jove bits, and the ones who wasted money buying cloaking devices.
