Stop post times for return to service unless you can garanteee that time. I would be much happier if you said Quote:** the Tranquility (TQ) cluster will be down for maintenance on Wednesday, June 23, 2010 from 0900 to Thursday, June 24, 2010 at 0900 UTC at least you can garantee that and if you gets things working sooner that expected the more praise you get like for example the daily downtime is supposed to be 1 hour but majority of the time its less than that.

FB was about the best but the updates on the delay were reminicent of my school report 'could do better'

Photos of the new server room please, so that certain whiners can see exactly how much work was involved. It's not quite the same as unplugging the commodore from your mothers basement and moving it to your new room under the stairs.
