Mines my Driver/builder/electronics geek.
He's got all the bookmarks, all the bp's does all the EW stuff, remote boosting...etc.
its kinda like having half my skills just suddenly not work.
and on the bright side, i needed a haircut anyway. pulling mine out in bunches is going to save me some money from the barbers.

Still waiting. I have done everything I was supposed to do, including sending them all my personal information including my CD key from 2-1/2 years ago. My skill ran out yesterday early.
It is my main account that I cannot get into (Tilhundra). I want to play the game that I am paying for.
I understand that they are busy, but these many hours is just plain ridiculous.
This is poor customer service. Up until this, I am always been very happy with CCP's customer service.

i too still lag the info on the 2 of my acounts... this is starting to be ridiclous. hell i could do it faster from home if i had some sort of direct link.. and i meen all the people who have not gotten there passwords.. its not that hard to check info the customer sent. varifie change email SEND... does ccp actually have persos working on it right now.. ??? its night there i know. but heyy.. all work during nighttime and the weekend is soon ower MAJOR gametime GONE!

i got 3 accounts
my 2 old ones (just after release) are fine.. i recieved the new password and changed it asap (about 10 mins b4 the server went up)
my 3rd account.... the one that finished skill training during the extended downtime.. the one with my cash cow on it
well... no emails...no password reset works...no response from support via email....
wtf do i do?
wait patiently?
can someone PLEASE explain WTF is going on?
and how come people have lost ISK AFTER the password changes?
HELLO CAN WE HAVE MORE DETAILS?

Well my main guy (this one) came through very early on yesterday, I was pretty quick to go for a manual reset once I saw Oveurs post go up.
At the SAME time I did my second account, I have valid emails for both but the second one is a Hotmail address. Nothing has come through to this address at all and I have quadruple checked the spam/junk mail filtering and nothing gets deleted.
I petitioned, now the petition emails come through fine to the hotmail account and don't even get flagged as junk.
Now 48 hours later I still have received no reset password email and GMs tell me to re-reset the password and wait. Six hours later after the 2nd reset and still no email.

this really has got beyond a joke
my main account is locked down as it says no match is found between user name and e-mail even though i know the e-mail address i'm using is correct and has not been changed.
my petition was raised over 30 hours ago and i still have had no response whatsoever. one of my corp mates was able to change his password then forgot what he had changed it to and got an answer to his petition within a couple of hours. it would be nice to know how these are being prioritised.
just after dt today i was told following an earlier post asking for information that it would be resolved "shortly". sorry but 13 hours later isn't shortly by any definition i am aware of.
i have already updated my petition with a full set of answers to the likely questions based on previous forum posts and given the current time it looks like its gonna be another 12 hours at least before its even possible to get an answer.
i'm not asking for miracles and appreciate that radical action was needed to ensure integrity of accounts but losing a complete 2 days playing time over it seems a bit much.

So what kind of club do you go to if your password gets reset a second time?!
WTF? Waiting it out once was bad enough, now all of a sudden my pass is reset again?! Should i train only lvl 5 skills from now on? I'm curious really...  |

I think theres a evil little green haired gnome in the server room. he wakes up everytime a GM gets up to go the bathroom and starts switching ports on the switch. then he flips the on off switch rapidly back and forth while singing somewhere over the rainbow.
And THEN the chipmunks start pouring from the wall sockets and having wild rat sex with the hard drives. while dwarves riverdance over the patch cables. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Actually... its 2:20 am. im sure most of em have gone home. :D makes ya feel good eh?

Ok i have been very patient to say the least on this entire matter. I'm a CEO of a corp and yet to get any emails on my pw for my account. This is DELAAN, CEO of Rogue Arrow Galactic Empire! I have done eveything you have asked and still nothing over 36hrs have gone by without one email!!!
Yes i have full promission from Bengallie to use his account to have a GM contact me in game!!! This is unexceptable Customer Support!!! I have never in all my gaming have had this in any game!!! I have never had to change a pw either this is something that has happened on your end with the hacking. I want to speak with a GM in game!!! I'm tired of this lack of Customer Support!!! I have never complained about anything as much as i'm am now.
How many customers do you want to lose over this because your going to lose some from this and i'm not HAPPY!!!

well i got my 2nd "click here to reset your password" email, and once again, it doesnt work. admittedly i did manually reset it, but it seems im getting a response roughly every 12 hours. its good that probably many thousands of players are back online, but there are still a lot of us who cannot, surely the server load is decreasing? also you must understand that we are becoming rather anxious about having to wait this long, to the point of some of us get angry. im angry about the whole waiting game, and not getting enough info. am at the point when i wanna toss my pc out the window, and swear and carry on but this will not get my pw activated any sooner regards mufasa73 -ITFB- -V-
