Bug: (or faulty at least): the cap recharge seems to have a value at 2.5x for peak recharge...however hardly any barely cap sustainable setups works (1-3 cap/s extra)(i.e caps out), I've found that the 2.4x value is more accurate, same goes for shields. I suggest tweaking it as right now setups look better than they are. -sig-
Support the introduction of Blaze M crystals for Amarr! (Or make Amarr the only race able to deal EM damage from turrets).

Can you do ECM calculations with EFT? Maybe I'm missing it?
EDIT: To clarify, I want to know how effective MY jamming is on somone else. Not using projected effects with calculates how much somone can jam ME.
Also, would be great to be able to compare 2 ships of the same time by having multiple fits of the same ship open at the same time.

That's just a matter of perspective - think of the other ship being you and you being the other ship.

Opening another window for the same ship through the ship manager does the trick.
EFT rules in the fitting creation department, but usability and clarity still leave a lot of room for improvement in many places.

Bug: Curator II has lower falloff than t1 equivalent. Optimal range of both of them is bugged as well (35k->36k).

May I recommend that all ships are available, even ones you can't fit. While you can multiply your skills to work out, for example, the speed of a shuttle or the capacity of a Rhea, I wouldn't mind a tool that did it for me.

- Transport Ships (-5% duration & -5% cap need/level) : Assuming level 5, In EFT: (Cap: 160, Dur: 8.1, Cap/Sec: 19.75) Should be: (Cap: 120, Dur: 8.1, Cap/Sec: 14.8)
Is this a slipped bug? Or is my calculation above incorrect?

Could we have shuttles added to the ship browser? Obviously we won't be able to fit them, but to have the attributes available would be good when you want to look at whether using a shuttle, or a fast frigate, would be a better option. I'd also like to try fitting an Interceptor to have better stats than a shuttle (i.e. align time, speed) to do courier missions. I'm sure other people would like to see this too.

Short answer: Yes.
Semiconductor will give you more total cap, while CCC reduces the time it takes refill the cap. Take the fully abstracted, simplified, and arbitrary case of a ship that has 100 cap that recharges in 100 seconds linearly (100/100 = 1 cap per second).
I add 1 Semiconductor, I now have 115 cap that recharges in 100 seconds - or a linear recharge of 115/100 = 1.15 cap/sec. I add 1 CCC, I now have 100 cap that recharges in 85 second - or a linear recharge of 100/85 = 1.18 cap/sec.
The actual cap follows a curve instead a straight line, but each point on the curve is multiplied by the above improvement, and the result is that the CCC provides a better peak recharge rate.
The Semiconductor does give a "wider" peak zone, and can, in specific cases, allow a perma-tank where the CCC wouldn't. However, CCCs are generally half the price of Semiconductors, and are generally my choice.

I am showing the same problem, but the issue is that you are supposed to use the numeric user ID and not your text ID.

I just have one question about defence.
Effective efficientcy is how well you can tank, and the reinforced is with your Armor rep on. How are these numbers suppose to be set? on one of my setups they are both the same. What does that mean?

i love the program, but 2 thimgs to say
1- i can get a "'barrage' siege missile launcher" in EFT, but i can find no such item in the actual game...so um, i dont think that's suppose to be in EFT.
2- it would be really sweet if somehow using this site: link or some similar thing, so through EFT it could give you a rough estimate as to how much the current setup will cost you

There are a lot of possible reasons to it: you can have problems with your internet connection or your firewall blocking EFT access to it. Or EVE API service could not work at the time you were trying.

I used to get such behavior when trying to update skills while running other downloads in background. Try to not run applications which can use most of your available bandwidth while using API import. Also make sure your connection doesn't suffer from packet losses. --- There is no Amarr problem. |

A suggestion for future versions, i think its would be nice:
Add one extra, editable stat to each modul, the 'price' and one field under the drone bay, named 'SumPrice:' or so. Then the users can see immediately the ships price in isk, and dont need use a calculator, or they brain (ohh i really hate it ) Of course dont need build the full price datebase, its a big work, and i think, all people use only 60-70 modul genelally, we can do it ourself. Or make it easy importable and i am sure, someone will make it, and update sometimes.
What do u think its a crazy idea or do u like it?
Ps.: i love this tool, sometimes i dont log in just play EFT-Online :)

I would really like it if there was a setting on the skills where you see the minimum skill requirements for a fitting. If you put that in ill be sure to throw some isk your way

First off, thanks for the tool Gripen, very nice!
This might have been asked before, but at 44 pages I don't have the moral fortitude to go looking for it lol.
Have you considered putting in a POS section, that would be able to calculate damage, tracking, tanking, etc. as ships in EFT do now? I don't know how much work would be involved, probably more then it seems, but figured I'd wonder out loud and see... ________________________________________________ This thread does not exist

One feature I would love to see in this app is ship/fitting costs with the prices drawn of eve central so when I fit a ship in EFT, it will also show the cheapest/average price to fit it. Even possibly a tab showing where the cheapest place to get each mod and the ship is. Obviously officer mods and such would not appear on eve-central so for these I would use a base price or average price which is updated month or so.
