In addition his call might even be against laws (this part: "... if you want to make the guy kill himself ...") and so it wouldn't be a CCP problem anymore but a problem of real jurisdiction in the US.
So US guys ... why not simply institute legal proceedings against against him ... or inform the US police about his behavior?
It doesn't matter if he write flyers, do phonecalls, uses a fanfest or forum for his call. At minimum it's "call for harassment" (don't know if illegal in the US, in my country it is) and if it goes bad for The Mittani it's "calling for murder" (which would mean up to 8 years real prison where I live).
