Once thats finished and I get it installed, if the auto-patcher doesn't run, any ideas? I've been asking this many a time and no god damn answers. PLEASE do not just link me, give me full explanations if possible, and no technical abbreviations, I am somewhat tech-speak illiterate. On the upside.. I'm still extatic about wormholes =P OH NOEZ BOOTSTRAPPER ASPLODE! They gave me nightmares and in return I became their own.

I am trying to sign in to eve and it is giving me the "downtime" message, and incomapable version. From what I have read, the patch is already availble. And should be auto downloading. correct? Ideas/comments?

But really, ALL the patches should check for BITS support before downloading. Just a note for the future. ---- Fix the Wardec System!

I have autopatched both premium and classic (on my laptop) clients just fine. One 1.38 Gb patch and one 13 Mb patch for premium, I didnt follow classic patch too closely so I better not say anything. No problems encountered, DL speed was 700-800 KB/s. (About half hour DL for both). Both patches have been finished and applied and Im waiting on servers to start accepting connections. ps. I have windows xp on both machines if that makes a difference..

Get the full installer for the current TQ, 84224 That doesn't exist on the website.. I can't find it anywhere, so in this case, a link would be awesome. It will make you redownload the eve client, though it is not much larger than the actual patch(it's one hell of an expansion apparantly) alternativley, i think a couple of pages back someone posted a link to the incremental patch, though i can't vouch for whether it will work for you or not :) ------- EvE +NLINE - T+TALHELLDEATH SUPPORTER

Unless you're trying to tell me that the PATCHES are 16 and 13 MEGABYTES respectively. Just a note: they aren't. Those links will get you an auto downloader that downloads using Windows BITS and then runs the patch. If you are using WINE or are on XP without BITS support, those patches WILL NOT WORK. The full installer will work, but ONLY because it checks for BITS support first before starting the download. ---- Fix the Wardec System!

Cant even find full build 84224 on the website from the UK, the only way I can attempt to download it is via links from these posts. I try to download and it starts fine, I leave it and watch TV, come back and its stopped and I only have part of the file. I didnt expect much else tbh. I have little faith in games companies.

When starting the client you download a measly 12 MB patch and install, then your client should be good to go! Currently seeding said torrent like a *** **
syrus mac	Posted - 2009.03.10 15:15:00 - [720] after all the hype and dev's telling us how amazed we are all going to be, what realy amazes me is that there is no "download Apocrypha" button in the downloads section of the web site. i got the "incompatible version" message, so i uninstalled the client and went for the full reinstall, oops!!, not listed. so i come to the forums and have to rely on other players to give me a link ( hope it works or i'm gonna be very upset!!, 4 hrs wasted ), thanks to all the helpful people on here, and i dont mean you CCP.
