i think this file -> evepremiumpatch75883-84244.exe should have been named -> evepremiumpatch75883-83913.exe instead to avoid confusion
kudos to Catari Taga for pointing to the files as my client's autopatcher didn't work, now im downloading at top speed

just downloaded the 1.35gb d/l from the link i got on here earlyer and omg why have you locked the expansion to the windows drive, i would have like to be able to set it so that when it expands the installer i can set, where it expands to insted of filling up my windows partition which isnt very big and thus far i cant expand the installer fully.

If you read my post a few above yours you have a workaround for this problem, and yes your not the ONLY one having this problem.

Plain ridiculous.
first downloaded 1.94GB via ingame installer.
Some files corruptet message...
now downloaded via fallback installer another 1.94GB.
message:

I'm going to bed. can't be bothered any more.

Confirmed working full patch file
Full 83913 executable - 1.3gb
Once again. This is the full patch .exe to 83913. Don't know why it says 84244. It is confirmed. I've patched 4 clients with it, and only had to download this one file. Once you install this patch, simply let the auto updater get the little 12mb patch to take you to the final build.

I Hear you brother... Same situation as the rest of us... Still no proper linkage on the eve-online website ( i am in australia and reckon there international mirror is stuffed or something) and the ingame updater does not work either...

I have a question , if im gonna download the new version that is premium but my computer doesnt support premium grapgics then i cant play EVE at all ?? or how does this work? So here is my question , is the new patch only premium or is it with regular graphics too ?

Sweet, Auto Patch to 6.10.84244 Complete 
One BIG patch and one small in about 90min via DSL in USA.
Even with both Classic and Premium versions on my laptop both patches went into proper folder without question or touching the old Classic version.

Well I am all patched up and ready to go. didn't have any issues on my new pc. I did try the patch on my older pc which has the basic client on it and there were issues with patching. So i believe if you have the basic client installed you need to install the premium client. I took a copy of the premium client install file that you get from the site for the initial install of EVE when you first start the game and put it on the old pc. I then started the client and it patched just fine then. I would not worry too much if you have an older pc because you can dumb down the graphics on the premium client and it should play just fine. No problems downloading the patch. It progressed at an average of 700 kb/sec, just waiting for Tranquility to fire up now.

Read a few pages ago, that you can alter the settings as much that the new client can be used with nearly the setting of the classic client.
