ok quick question.
can you change an advanced command center to an elite one, and if so how, i know this is a little off topic but i have spent all day  looking for the answer with no luck. thanks in advance

Hi,
I'm a bit of a noob - trying to log on to try out the new features but getting 'Incompatible (version)'. I went to the Patches page but can't find the latest patch - how do I install it ?

if you go to the patch page it says the latest patch is actualy 2 patches old  can they not even update they website correctly? even though it says right next to the drop down box of patches the current patch is one later than the current patch

1. Open EvE
2. Read news ticker above login info area.
3. Make sure you read it.
4. Plan accordingly.
5. Try to log in at the estimated time.

CCP doesn't "give" us anything. We buy it. The service along with it's downtime. I would prefer a better approximation of the down time so I can plan my paid play time around their maintenance.

as far as my own tests have shown, you have to destroy the command centre (which also destroys all connecting facilities), before you can "upgrade" to an improved building.
however, im still pretty new to all this myself, i could be misinformed.

As far as I do understand there's some browser embedded in EVE? That'd open up plenty of opportunity to unify how to get information across, if fiddleing around with motd files adds to the administrative burden. I know, off-topic in this thread.

This person totally has it nailed, In the past week CCP has stolen from me hours and hours of game time I have payed for and now again, I have to go to sleep it's that close to get up time already, Now I have lost another night.
What has to be done, Has to be done but we need to be adequate compensated. My extra Account was closed because I couldn't pay, but I didn't get 2 days free time.
I love this Game but really this is aski.. Forcing too much, the stress.
Not only that but I have brought 3 people to the game who pay there Accounts and sure I got 30 days for each, However the loyalty is not replayed by this.
We Just Want A Fair Go CCP Guys and Gals. please.

paying customers always have the right to complain, also how many people that want to try eve log in on days when there is downtime??
Mistakes happen , BUT again if you are constabtly failing... do something to fix the issue or put REALISTIC downtimes =) Obviously aloy of you just have very low service expectations... please becopme one of my customers, pay me and let me fail while you pay me too =)
