6 accounts either let run out or not renewing (This is 6 actual accounts, not alts of the same account. A few I sold the toon and will let the acount run out.)
Its become apparent to me that CCP no longer cares or listens to its player base. Incarna is a waste of time and adds no value to a spaceship game and the Nobel Exchange is an insult. I'm tired of spending $90 a month if they are not going to fix their bugs or ass usefull content.

so, sentry drone! use the only assets you've got!
also, you could fit undersized lasers, they are kinder on fittings
the other day, some guy in an armageddon was outside amarr, setting up his armor bots in a 5 bot rep chain. then he shot at them with his lasers, making a nice light show. what i am now trying to organize is a corp wide armor bot laser show with dozens of armor bots and lasers. since my corp is more intrested in isk than civil disobediance, anyone else want to try it?

This would be awesome. Even more so if you could do it to music and fraps it.

Lets say that the new incoming crowd of players loves the idea of being able to purchase wtfpwn guns from the NEX. They buy said guns and what's left of the player base happily ganks said noob and loots the new $hiney wtfpwn guns.
The first thing that is going to happen is that newb is going to raise holy hell that he paid cash for those guns and it isn't fair that he lost them so quickly and will refuse to buy more because its a waste of money.
Do you think CCP will protect the old dinosaur player that is damaging its new revenue stream or will rush in to protect the bottom line?
What actions do they have available to protect that revenue stream from drying up?
Nahh if they're going that route, i.e. "i win button" on NeX, that means they'll eventually have to make stuff invulnerable and can't be looted or won't drop, kind'a like WoW, you get some repair bills for your items, you end up in a graveyard, but you lost nothing of the gear you have equipped, which will be a complete shift of what Eve is. but then that's just a scenario.

If you dont stand up and protest this you must want eve to die.
Cause that is the end result of not speaking up now before its too late and they are already on the road to ruin.
You can stop it now if you make it known now.
Right now they are thinking they will lose only a small percentage of the the subs. You need to make it count by making it seem like they will lose huge percentages.

Exactly. After the grizzled veterans quit, the supply of materials and manufactured goods will dry up. Just like the real world economies, a small percentage of players control a huge majority of the market. Megacorporations "make" the game.
When the only players EVE has left are the twitchy FPS-kiddies with no attention spans who just want to blow things up, they'll have no options. No ores, no minerals, no blueprints, no ships, and no goods transportation. The player run supply-side will be effectively gone, or at least a large majority of it will. So what happens then? Real money for basic ships? NPC factions selling ships? Real money for skillpoints? CCP would have to intervene in the economy somehow, and that creates more problems than it solves.

The essential problem becomes this.
If we have to pay for non-vanity items and other trinkets... what is our subscription paying for in light of those items existing?

Funny you mention it
https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=topics&f=252
used to link to the "new" broken forums, after that poopoo went down this link started just redirecting to current forums.
BUT for the last couple of days it gives

If they really are going in this direction, they'll nuke these old forums and try to erase their history so the nubs they attract won't see the bloodstains on the walls.

So this is indeed their clean up run before the sale. After everyone protesting is gone they will just move the bent over players to the new forums and start the new EVE.

I think one of the biggest things CCP seems to forget is how important single players can be in this game.
I've seen a lot of corps fall apart when the CEO or main FC decided to leave. Eve is a sandbox and if you are in it to PVP, the game content can be driven by a few key players. If these key players start to leave, the game experience as a whole diminishes.
Losing a subscription from mission runner johnny in high-sec isn't going to cause eve any problems. Losing alliance leaders, CEO's, directors and most importantly FC's is going to result in a reduced game experience universe wide.
In the P2P model being touted in this thread...you could lose millions of players and those remaining could still have a similar game experience day to day. In Eve, you lose a SINGLE key player and 3000 people have to move their stuff back to empire.
