I hadn't realized INNOMINATE NIGHTMARE's Historical Documents began here; I came across His tale somewhere else and was enraptured so much as to be blinded to such a fact.
I aim to humbly follow His path - I began just 2 days ago but am ahead of schedule. I'll admit that I'm held up at FDZ4-A being regaled by locals with numerous, tedious tales of 'Jimmy' and the odd recollection of IN, but I've already once succeeded running a ROADKILL alliance blockade (only to be obliterated by The Makhai as I began the next leg of my quest).
I invite all to join me on this holy INNOMINATE NIGHTMARE pilgrimage, that we may walk in His steps and see Eve through his eyes. I'm not Him and posting here seems blasphemous enough so I'm recording my steps using the same resource where I originally found the Historical Documents - I call it Searching for INNOMINATE NIGHTMARE. Be kind, as I've said, I'm not Him - just a lowly noob on a pilgrimage. ---------- I am a follower of INNOMINATE NIGHTMARE of the 0.0 Experiment

By the way - I don't think he wanted to be worshipped (last I checked , when I was a curious noob) and well , he had more than his share of fame here anyway
I often act like a fanboy too but I try to not let it get the better of me.

Is there a compendium of Innominate, with just his posts in sequence? Fun to read, but a pain clicking through all the extra stuff.

I'm no INNOMINATE - I'm certainly not His alt. I'm not worshipping Him, just following His path according to His forum entries which I found in a blog (I've termed these collectively to be the Historical Documents.)
His adventure is interesting to read and I expect will be interesting to actually trace. A welcome depature from MMO-grinding, perhaps. --- Follower of the 0.0 Experiment "I left... and flew off into the wilderness, never to return..." - HD 1:22:1 Blog

You can't replace the man, he was quite something else. A one and only. Anything that follows after is unfortunately an immitation that can't get it the same no matter how well they do.
I'm sorry, but we just need to wait to see if the real thing comes back. ~~~

I whole-heartedly agree - my intent is not to duplicate the Historical Documents, rather, to deepen the narrative for myself by attempting to recreate INNOMINATE NIGHTMARE's journey. As opposed to resting on my laurels having enjoyed it, waiting for His resurrection.
It is said that immitation is the sincerest form of flattery, though I doubt my hack-kneed exposition comes close - for any doubting Thomases amongst my fellow noobs, however, such retracing may give His stories even more credibility. --- Follower of the 0.0 Experiment "I left... and flew off into the wilderness, never to return..." - HD 1:22:1 Blog

I hope its not true and if it is then it realy is sad he had so much talent as a writer and I am privalidged that i could share in his stories.
/me salutes Inno
I totally agree, he wrote a fantastic story about the world inside EVE and the least CCP can do to honor it
is to compile all of his stories and make it into a downloadable file (similar to chronicle stories) for
everyone to enjoy...hmm but i don't know about the copyright issue though.

This fine piece of work convinced me to sign up for EVE from another popular MMO. I wholeheartedly agree CCP should give support to players approaching the game in creative and entertaining ways.
EDIT : Obtuse, Alt or not, Dev (kidding!) or not, your bookmarked right next to the original. Thanks for continuing the journey!

Why lock it? His memory must live in. Even if in some forum archive somewhere. We don't know for certain that "Ralph" was for real. He might not be dead. He'll need his thread.

its been quite a ride..... but now its time to lay this thread to rest....
Innominate has not posted here or on his blog since the beginning of december... he may have been podded or he may have flown of the edge of the map!
The Communications Relay Committee has now sealed this in the historical archive
