Nothing you are saying is remotely true.
You don't need people to teach you anything, if you can not figure eve online out on your own, something is wrong with your brain stem, and you should go play WoW.
Really? Then why do I see plethora of different guides made for this game. Or huge pile of questions in new people forums... Because this game is not simple to grasp off the bat!
People really need someone to tell them the ropes in first time. For example on making instas, making safespots, good advices on fittings, how to use something, how to make isk in less grinding way and so forth.
OP clearly does not need these things since he is, from what I have understood, alt of more estabilished player. But for any beginner to think they can replicate this process just like that would only end up with them losing their ship and very likely quitting the game.

I still think you were trying to bribe him.
Say have you found any good pubs down there yet, INNOMINATE? --

Actually... we're a group of friends. Most of us aren't religious
Maltrox, next time meet him in space first, before wiring money! Innominate works under a weird motto, "Everything you say can and will be used against you" . Maybe we should give him a ship in Roaawwr (you know what I mean). Maybe that's 1 thing he can appreciate! Oh and 1 afterburner
Excellent read still Oh and I like being holy

You know when pod pilots meet INNOMINATE NIGHTMARE would be nice to play along he has already created a history for himself and has given us all a rich character to interact with. Wish more players did this kind of thing would make the eve universe even more fun to play in. Very entertaining and just goes to show all the tools are in eve for us to do whatever we wish

lmao. Viper Command - The Arnold Rimmer of Eve!
Great blog Innominate Nightmare. Best read on these forums in ages. Makes such a pleasant from the 'I just piled everything I own into a tech1 hauler and got blown up: Eve needs fixing' posts.
(For those who've never heard of Rimmer, you need to watch Red Dwarf)

Edited by: Drahcir Nasom on 31/07/2006 11:50:15 Absolutely brilliant read, the whole lot so far has had me in stiches, but I think the best bit so far is this quote
he had asked me if I knew what the "Band Of Brothers" was and I had replied: "Yes, I have seen the television series."
Any noob who can dismiss probably the most powerful alliance in the game with a single throw away comment has to be applauded.
Keep up the good work IN

INNOMINATE NIGHTMARE, it seems we share the same sense of adventure and learning. If we pass each other out in the deep black, we shall have to trade stories/snapshots of our respective voyages.
Adding you to my in game buddies list if you do not mind...?

Edited by: WredStorm on 31/07/2006 14:40:39 Oh Nameless Nightmare, I bow down to your bardly skills and strive to not blow orange juice through my nose as I read of your daring exploits!
I believe your writing will open the eyes of many as to the potential life one can expect in 0.0 space, in so far as it is obviously survivable. Perhaps you are truly an adventurous soul, seeking out new experiences, but a dark part of my mind cannot help but wonder if you are actually part of some sort of insidious plot?
In reading your story and the responses from others it seems you are focussing on the "Northern" portion of the star map (I had no idea there was a magnetic field throughout our star cluster, but that is neither here nor there) and are apparently ignoring the "Southern" portions, despite invitations to go visit there. That dark part of my mind wonders if you were not hired by one of these "Southern" alliances to show how easy it is to infiltrate the "North", all in hopes of inspiring countless "noobs" to attempt the same and thus flooding the overall security capabilities of the "Northern" alliances to the point that the "Southern" ones can launch an attack upon the "North"? IF such is the case then you are evilly devious (if "evilly devious" isn't proper English, I apologize, but I really like it <grin>) , and still more than worthy of the respect I have for you.
I suspect you are, though, simply what you say you are, which demands an even greater level of respect from me (which is to say I think venturing forth in such a manner with no insidious reasons is much more respectable). I applaud the risks you are taking and the extent to which you are getting the various 0.0 alliances to make themselves known... perhaps I will see a post as intelligent and witty as your own from a member of such an alliance that seeks new recruits that I may contact someday in hopes of joining. Please, keep up your explorations and narrative thereof, I am enjoying it immensely even as I attempt to deduce your possible other motives.
Sincerely, WredStorm
