Where can I download the latest version of EFT? My current one is horribly outdated. I got it from a friend and I don't know where he got it from originally. |

Controlled Burst doesnt work in EFT.
It should be -25% on lvl 5 ....
but the turrets still need 200 insteed 150.. :(

Great tool, keep up the good work.
However, I am having a bit of a problem at the moment and cant seem to find what is causing it. Its probably something really simple that I am missing haha.
Ive got a fit for an Eagle, all the number in EFT match ingame apart from my Optimal range. Showing info on the fitted gun with the ammo loaded gives me an Optimal which is 40km (ish) less that EFT gives me. I have never noticed this on any other ship I have fitted out.
Is there a known problem with the Eagle in EFT or EVE?
Anyone have any ideas?

It's about time I say "thank you!" for EFT, too. It's a great tool which is a lot more convenient to use than quickfit ever was. There are some problems I'm having, tho, I don't know if it's user error or not:
1) Heat simulation. Empty slots from different racks influence how long you can boil something before it burns. I thought that's not how it works ingame, but what do I know.
2) Missile damage graph. It seems missile damage is not calculated properly. I tried to get the target to move, I gave it several different sig radii, and it always seemed the missile damage reduction did NOT behave like it did ingame.
3) I HATE THE SHIPBROWSER. Can we PLEASE have a search field in the ship browser? Typing shipnames would make stuff a lot easier imo. Especially since you cannot resize the ship browser. Just a convenience thing, but this is the only real gripe I have with EFT.

I am having trouble getting EFT to load my skills in. I have used it before but just recently reinstalled Windows XP 32bit Professional. I downloaded the newest version off this thread.
I load in my API and the box comes up and I see my three characters and select which one I want and saved my details the first time I did it. Check skils and they are all at 0.
I also switched a few to 5 and then tried it again and it reset them to 0. My buddy put my details into his EFT and it worked perfectly.
The only thing different on my computer is I am using CA Security for my Anti-Viruis, Firewall, and Anti-Spyware. I turned off the firewall and tried it with the same result.
Any ideas?

EFT is a really great tool, nice work.
Can I suggest a small change though? It would be good if EFT stored all your ship fits in your user profile on your PC somewhere, I just reinstalled and lost all my fits :(

hey i think i found two bugs:
while fitting in EFT a damnation i found that the damage control link is always active (reducing cap on repair), independet on whatever i make the ship actually a squad/wing/fleet commander or not. in contrast, the passive link for resistance only takes affect then i make the ship one of the commanders. this could maybe bug with other links too.
and while fitting my harbinger i saw that tracking enhancer i adds more optimal range then the t2 version, this seems to be odd too :> |

I'm sure it's been mentioned before, but add in the ability to calculate remote repping into a ship tankable dps.
Other than that there are just some speed and cargo capacity errors that I've noticed floating about. |

Sorry for asking a noobish question but I have just started using this program and am not sure how you check the different META levels for fittings etc.
Or when you right click over something and select "Show Info," is the number at the top the META level?
CAPACITY 2, 3, 4, 5 etc?

A normal T2 invulnerability field II (30%) or a faction Caldari Navy invul field (37.5%) does not change the resistances.
