Faction and commander tracking computers don't add anything to hybrid turrets optimal range or tracking speed. They work fine with projectiles and lasers.

the Large Shield Transporter II have wrong cpu usage, EFT says that the module require 168 tf and if u check ingame the transporter use 154 tf

It's how it should be. Highcolor icons will be generated on EFT startup. Errors you describe must be coming from wrong installation. Looks like you copied new data files but kept old exe file. Extract archive contents in some new directory and copy there your old config.ini, Characters and Setups folders.

I wonder if you could provide some information about the 'defence efficiency' values, and configuring the custom profiles that have appeared in 2.1.
I kinda miss having my em / therm / kin / exp tooltip.

Yep, I have done something wrong. (at least I forgot to replace .exe :-/ sorry...)
But that not change so much. Yep, now icons rendered a bit better... No crappy background. It now solid white (or black when Hi-color forced).
But it never becomes transparent as far as Win2k isn't support 8-bit alfa icons. -- Thanks CCP for cu<end of sig> |

I thought it's pretty straightforward. Instead of uniform distribution of incoming damage you can now define you own damage type ratio preset which will affect both defence efficiency and effective HP calculations. If you want to know your tank efficiency against some explicit damage type (like it was shown in the tooltip before) you can create "Only EM", "Only Thermal" and so on presets.

And missing ability to import character from XML makes EFT unusable in long term. You can only fit Your own ships for Your current char skills.
No way to fit ships for Your corp members and characters on suspended accounts.
Keeping characters in EFT\Character\ folder in original XML format may resolve this issue. At least I would be able to copy my exported character to that folder and restart EFT.
Also keeping fitting in XML will help many people exchanging their thoughts.
You may use restricted version of QuickFit format.

Nightmare's description says 5% bonus to cruise and siege ROF per caldari battleship level, but when I right click a siege launcher it doesn't have caldari battleship as an affecting skill. Also, the ROF bonus isn't applied. I set character to level 0 rapid launch and missile launcher operation, and the stock ROF on a siege launcher is the same as that of the ones on the ship.
Other than minor things like this, the program is incredible. I haven't touched QuickFit since I got this. ----------------

Great tool Gripen! I apologize if this bug has been mentioned but Reacon Ships aren't effecting Cloaking device CPU. Specifically was using a Pilgrim.

This thing was imba before. Now it's an overpowered I-Win button. :D
The big thing I'd still kill for would be a customizable Favorite Module folder--perhaps as an additional meta-filter at the bottom of the module panel. I'm guessing that's a tough one to do though.
A much simpler little tweak would be having the ship browser open automatically. I can't see a good usability reason why that shouldn't be the default.

I was testing setups last night and I don't think ANY of the trackign computers are working with hybrid turrets optimal range or tracking speed. I get the base range listing for all hybrid turrets regardless of how many tracking CPUs I put on the ship.
Edit - I'm sorry, I don't know what version I have. I know that I downloaded it on Monday or Tuesday evening. If it has been updated since then, you can disregard this.

I like the latest patch. Got some decent handling improvements. Good job.
I've found another minor bug. The indicator listing skills that are missing on a char doesn't work correctly. It seems to check only for the amount of drones. It doesn't seem to care if you have the skill to use the the chosen ones actually. Yet it applies their damage no matter if you can use them. Not a big thing, you'd realize as soon as you try to launch them. But it results in some inaccurate dps calculations.

Another suggestion I forgot to mention earlier: I love the "Duplicate Setup" feature you've added to the ship fitting panel, and if you could add a similar function to the character panel, that would be awesome.
