The exception does still occur.
Feature requests:
1. remove charge from module ? So one can get the plain module stats (f.e. turret optimal). atm only option is to load 100% range ammo. 2. Show required skills for SHIP !!! Quickfit has a handy feature that shows all skills needed to board actual fit, highlighting missing ones. Would be nice to have.

Actually there's something like that: Move your mouse over the red (green if you got all the skills needed for that fitting) button next to the character selection dropdown menu and the missing skills will show up. But yes, a generall overview about the skills required to fly a ship would be nice. And the bonuses you get for the specific ship skill lvls.
Other than that a VERY usefull tool. Thx a lot. Go for sticky.

fix the resistance bug. When I fit my ships the energized reactive membranes and so don't give any resists.

Something is borked with the rail and eagle/moa setup. Dunno what else.
When I try to fit a eagle and set max skills it seems it only give bonus from the ammo, and HAC skill.
No changes if I change skill on guns or caldari cruiser. Range is still the same...

Bug at Heavy Drone Skill Req. It shows that you need Drones level 1 not level 5 to use them.

Looks like the Astarte (Gallente field command) isn't getting the battle cruiser bonus to hybrid turret damage and armor repper effectiveness.
Otherwise, great tool. Much better than quickfit, in my opinion.

im having some odd refire rates coming out for the small autocannons, im using v.2.2
i use quickfit to get the correct damages (for the autos) and EFT for everything else. great program, with a little tweaking it will overshadow QF in the near future.
awesome job, ill send you a gift (isk) when i get a version with my guns fixed

heh, i found the problem. the destroyers ROF penalty is still bing applied to the interdictors, interdictors do NOT receive the same rof penalty that destroyers get.. i did the math, and its bang on... once the penalty is removed :)

You can't fly Eagle without having Caldari Cruiser V so bonus from cruiser skill implemented as fixed +50% optimal bonus.

I have a suggestion for this tool. Would it be possible to price these fits according to a game export of prices from major market hubs? Can Eve export market data? It would be nice if it was an interface similar to the api keys, just set once and forget about it.

Great program though. Love the use of the API key so I don't have to load up XMLs all the time. I also like that it loads instantly, unlike the Java-based Quickfit and EveMEEP.

I would like to see "Open Market Group" option when right clicking on Drones in the Fitting Panel. At the moment high/mid/low/rig slots all show Open Market Group, but not drones.
Also, how about adding profiles to Firepower? Similar to defense, so we can easily see which damage type is best. For example, some think that Ogres are always better than Wasps because of higher Damage Modifier, but against Serpentis rats Wasps are 8-16% better than Ogres due to Serpentis' low kinetic defense.
And a big addition: Tracking guide (5th page)! This would be much better than the web version because in EFT I would not have to calculate all the values, just change a skill, add a module and I see in near real time the effect that makes.
