Being able to chose between 2.0 all the way to 2.5 would be nice. I can see why people might want to use 2.0 or 2.4. In PvP I like to use 2.0 along side 2.5 my self.
Still learning EFT here, how do you apply implants? They donÆt seem to be changing my HP regen. Is there an easy way to swap between 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% hitpoint boosts?

I've just tested cap and shield recharge on sisi and found where my mistake was. I always thought that peak is at 33% while it is at 29.5% actually according to recharge formula and tests proved it. On the other hand recharge formula used in EFT wrong on peak recharge value assuming it to be 2.4 instead of 2.5. The reason it wasn't discovered is that it's only 4% difference and for most PvP setups (which are not cap stable), used by me for initial tests of capacitor calculation, this difference is just a few seconds and assumed to be within experimental error margin.

You can also open the character editor and select implants for each slot manually.

Name: Malediction Hull: Executioner Class Role: Interceptor
Interceptors utilize a combination of advanced alloys and electronics to reduce their effective signature radius. This, along with superior maneuverability and speed, makes them very hard to target and track, particularly for high caliber turrets.
Developer: Khanid Innovations
In addition to robust electronics systems, the Khanid Kingdom's ships possess advanced armor alloys capable of withstanding a great deal of punishment. Generally eschewing the use of turrets, they tend to gear their vessels more towards close-range missile combat.
Amarr Frigate Skill Bonus: 5% bonus to rocket damage and 5% bonus to armor resistances per level Interceptors Skill Bonus: 5% reduction in Signature Radius and 5% bonus to EM Missile damage per level
In EFT (2.4) all characters (Without skill, Perfect, main and other) have max armor resistance as if they are have 5 livel of Ammar Frigate skill.
This bug exists with all ships with bonus to Armor Resistance per level.
Sorry for double... if present...

ôYou can also open the character editor and select implants for each slot manually.ö Can you have two implants or is there another way to get bonus? When I looked quickly this morning I couldnÆt see how to add gang skills.
How do you add 15% hitpoints from mind link implant without removing my current slot 10 implant? Is there a way to add warfare link bonus from other ships?

Why would you want to fit a ship without these full resistances , it simply doesn't exist because when you train the malediction, it's because you trained Amarr Frigates to 5.

I'd like to go back to the "missaving" of the resistances presets. The problem happens when EFT saves the config.ini file, not when loading, as far as I tested this problem.
To be sure to load the good values I suggest you to save the config.ini file in your EFT folder when you're sure it's well saved. Then you will only have to copy/paste all the lines beginning by DamageProfile (at the end of the file) from the saved config.ini
if it can be of any help , here's a quite realistic bunch of damage presets I've taken from a french site. Be sure to edit the config.ini file when EFT is NOT in execution, or you'll lose all modifications since EFT of course saves this file when exiting.

Have I gone absolutely bonkers or are certain ship types missing, like freighters and jump freighters? I know freighters for example don't have any slots but they were in EFT before and they do after all have per-skill-level bonuses etc.

To get your EFT to run again do this:
Go to your EFT folder. Open the Setups folder. Use Notepad to open the last ship you had open. Look for the module that uses scrips and delete the script and comma from the end. You can leave "sensor booster" or what ever the module name is...

Thank you for the update--I use this tool for every ship setup now. I'm pleased to see that the program now seems to remember how I set up the windows and frames, so that's a nice little extra.
Bug report, if nobody else has mentioned it--in Targeting Computers, you seem to have missed a decimal point for the optimal range bonus given by the "Monopulse Tracking Mechanism". It gives a 52% bonus instead of a 5.2% bonus.

I PvE with drakes, passive shield-tank machariels, and some other ships with massive shield HP recharge numbers (200+ on drake, 300+ on machariel) and honestly, a completely accurate value for peak regen would be very useful.
Now, I do agree that the lower values work for a "better safe than sorry" approach and, in all honesty, having a little bit of breathing room you don't know you actually have in missions is good because it'll help prevent you from over-estimating your tank/gank abilities whether shield or cap regen.
Either way, however, I really would prefer to have accurate numbers for peak regen, no matter how unlikely you are to achieve them, than have slightly fudged numbers so that I can make my own decisions based on real numbers.
If anything include a terms and conditions page that clearly states that peak regen is highly unlikely to be achieved that users are required to agree to (as well as a note on "All Level 5" and those numbers being slightly unrealistic at times as well) and perhaps throw in an option to set the regen multiplier to 2.4 so that people who want more realistic numbers with fudge room can go 2.4 while people like me can, when it is so desired, go 2.5 to get the real absolute values.

Thanks alot for the work, i really like your tool :)
Looks like you fixed some numbers in the new version, it showed me infinite cap in 2.3 and now in 2.41 it says 8m 28s which is more accurate since i run out of cap over time, bugger *g*
Anyway, much appreciated tool :)

So far i'm really liking this program! Though the lack of any documentation that I see is probably making me miss features.
Is there any way to have it spit out what skills I need for a certain ship fit? This was one feature I really depended on in other apps.
