It would appear that the new bonuses are not being calculated. The Rokh's shield resists bonuses for example.

unable to load heavy assult launchers with heavy assult missiles.
remote sensor dampeners dont seem to be calculated properly... 3 damps on a celestis even with 4 in cruiser and 4 in sig suppressions doesnt dampen a raven to under 2k lock range. (nice if it did though )

Carriers arent able to fit Drone Control Units. 
They could in the previous release though. odd. -----

Uhm... I tried to report this on your bug report forum, but I coudln't register on there, it never sent me a confirmation email.
Sooooo...
I'm having trouble with cov ops stuff. Set a Helios, set a covops skill level (say, level 1). This should give -98% reduction. With my fitting skills, the Helios has 362.5 CPU... but when I try to add the Cov Ops Cloak II, it tells me: "not enough cpu to fit the module (-87.5 CPU)"... This is strange, because even if the old -96% bonus was being used, I would expect it to be going over by 37.5 CPU, not 87.5. Nonetheless, with the -98% CPU bonus, it SHOULD work... I should have 162.5 CPU left.
It's great playing Caldari-online, isn't it?

I can't seem to do anything with signal distortion amplifiers. Can't fit 'em or add them to favorites.

I checked the website on FAQ, the only thing that matched was having an up to date java so i downloaded that and it still does not work. Nothing happens at all, no error windows.

I can't assign more than 15 fighters to a Nyx although i have fitted 5 drone control units and carrier 5 (on Quickfit, not IG). Normally u could assign as much as 25 fighters, right?
I can assign 15 on a Thanatos, though, this is normal.

Ahh I seem to have confused you, sorry.
The Max Skilled Nyx can launch and Control 25 fighters in the same way a normal ship can launch and control 5 Drones. (Could also launch and control 25 Drones if they wanted to)
That Quickfit isnt allowing you to have 25 fighters active with the correct skills sounds like it is a bug. -----

...but, since it's a beta it may have some bugs, which could be: - the long buttons on the first tab, concerning skills don't work - there is a faction hac branch in the ship tab, normal? - drake shield resist bonuses don't apply - the drake kinetic damage bonus doesn't apply correctly or doesn't apply at all - the Nighthawk's rof bonus for kinetic heavies doesn't apply or doesn't apply at all - the Rokh's bonuses don't apply to itself or to its guns - the last slot research for the hi slots returns results for low slots too - minmatar drone spec isn't listed as giving damage bonus to a t2 warrior when clicked in the Drones tab - new Covert Ops cpu bonus doesn't apply correctly to the covert ops cloaking device.
Anyway nice work and I'm eagerly waiting for the stable version!

My raven's setup still does -551 DPS (I'm healing them?). The Drake doesn't know how far it can warp, and the drone upgrades fit into the drone bay, not on the ship? It just goes to show you that you shouldn't kneel down in front of the third rail, grab it with both hands, and **** on it from three feet away. |

Umm, if I'm understanding your question correctly, this is exactly what's supposed to happen. Your cap recharge rate is not constant, it recharges faster as it gets lower (until around 30%.) Because of this, it's possible to get your ships setup so that your max cap usage is never more than your max cap recharge rate...it will hit a balance point and float there.
You can see your max cap recharge rate and your required cap usage in the ship equipment screen. If your max rate is more than your required cap, it will never go below a certain point and maintain forever (barring NOS/neuts). Cool huh?
ok, i thought it was constant, were do you find out that it changes depending on how much cap u do have?

New QuickFit user question...
Just downloaded and booted the program -- looks very impressive. Sorry for this newb questionbut the program asks me to import my char's skills (Done!), then it asks for me to enter a "skill level" and Ihave no idea what this is asking me or what an appropriate response might be. Any help would be appreciated so I can use what looks to be a great tool.

Great program! I love it!
Some bugs in the latest version:
-no rig slots  -not able to load heavy assault missiles -tracking of guns isn't updated when I add tracking enhancers. -Inertia stabelisers don't effect max speed when using an MWD/AB.

Few things ive noticed.
1. Machriel 25% damage to proj turrets is being added on a Mim battlship 5% per level instead of just a straight 25% bonus.
2. Abaddon 5% damage per level is not addeding.
3. All tracking speed increase modules are not working.
4. The DPS simulation thing seems a little off.. or is not supposed to show better than average hits?
5. Where are all the faction mods?
Cool proggy.. when the bugs are ironed out it will be a real time saver.
