Manually set your speed to the lowest value you can by clicking on the speedo, then stop your ship. If you do accidentally start moving again, it will be at a very low speed instead of you maximum velocity.

Existing recons have plenty of room to fit a covert ops cloak and an expanded probe launcher if you don't fit any ewar modules. Swings and roundabouts, space friend. You cannot have a cheap, covert, high DPS, combat-probing T2 cruiser :P

The D-Scanner has no default hotkey assigned in Phoebe 1.0. "Alt + D" should have been assigned to the D-Scanner instead of the probe scanner. The need to use d-scan is often urgent, but the need to use the probe scanner is not.
