WTF?? I had have that problem in september or october, dont remember. After some time its fixed and i`d can connect. But now again...

Fearlof	Posted - 2008.12.24 15:55:00 - [214] Well, add another one to the list of socket closed people. Ontario and Cogeco Cable for an ISP. The open busy channels trick worked for me for about 3 days... running Vista.... got a router which worked fine before the patches even with wireless.... I had several days of holidays that I could have been playing. Instead I ended up loosing most of my cash as I got blown up real good due to getting logged. Thank goodness I can buy an empty hull for the insurance money or I'd have nothing.... Bah. Humbug.

The second is a & meg dedicated line @ work (nava networks). Fix this by the new year at least. The first 5 days it happened to me once or twice. I thought notting of it. I re-subbed and now It seems to have gotten worse. Please dont make me regret it, because of something that should have been made top priority to fix.

See HERE for details, copied below to preserve for tomorrow. To repair and reset the Windows Vista Click on Start button. Type Cmd in the Start Search text box. Press Ctrl-Shift-Enter keyboard shortcut to run Command Prompt as Administrator. Allow elevation request. Type netsh winsock reset in the Command Prompt shell, and then press the Enter key. Restart the computer.

Close down everything using IGB and API and your problems goes away

It seems that IP is banned. But what the hell, i can play EVE again. So it proves that the problem is in our ISP's... well i think not. I think the problem is that our ISP's can't handle something that CCP put in the game. Please CCP, start talking with the ISP's so that a solution appears.

Since last patch that doesn't work anymore. I can login but without my router. CCP - will u fix this please. ps tested this with gprs-umts connection too... - same MC and HNY to all fix this or i quit

CCP must of done something to upset it. ---------------------------

Anyhow, the fix seems to work for about 2-3 days, then you need to re-apply. I've dropped my subscription....

It will keep open your connection by constantly flooding in the chat in the channel. It will not work long term, but stops disconnecting every 30 seconds for him. --------------

Langoss	Posted - 2008.12.28 08:44:00 - [238] I and my friend also had disconnect problems. I dont know why, but when we turned off the sound the problem was solved. I bought a new mainboard 3 mounth ago and EVE has sound again and no disconnect effect.
