Welp. Eve not up but the api is and evemon is telling me I have nothing training even though I added a (long) skill to my queue before the downtime. Wtf am I paying for. There better not be any more blackscreening ****lag of death anymore whenever 200 people get together and try to pew.

Nothing wrong with the value/customer service ratio of a 'leisure activity' that you can take part in for free, 23/7 and that is constantly improved for free. It doesn't matter if we work in the IT industry or not. It's pretty simple. Consumers expect accurate predictions on service outtages, simple as that. All this, well you don't know IT, is utter bull****. Because if the IT people knew IT, they wouldn't give a rough time to begin with. You can't expect most of your consumers to be highly knowledgeable of IT and understand, you have to perform to your own expectations because your customers trust that you are able to do so.
