only if you can convince mission targets to stay out round 60 KM, where your guns can pound away and tracking is not bad. Have a ship get close to you, and at least the Raven can kill it.

I'd say check out Destroyers. Also, anyone play aroudn with them on test? They were suppoded to get a big HP bonus (much bigger than the 50% everyone got), so they might last a while on the field.

and really, this is only bout the stab change. Vaga will still be a good ship, and with speed rigs, better than ever before. It's just the stabs are getting nerfed, and that was the example listed.

well, it does screw with their lock on times as well. 2 stabs dropped it's scan resolution to 81, which is slightly longer to lock onto targets than a Raven.

well, squad command already is in game, and has a use, it boosts ganglink modifier's. which does add make us wonder more if gang links are shared across squads. Unless CCP does somehting neat, where BC's can affect squads max, tier 2 Field comma...
