Most memorable moment... wow... that'd be a hard one for me... i would probably have to say would be the time that i spent in BWF with TBB alliance which is no more.... there was so many memories from the months that TBB held that area of geminate... defending against almost every top pirate faction that came marching through with their blobs trying to desbrately to weaken TBB's hold on that area in the region. It was an awsome time in EVE for SO many players, of old and new. Untill the mighty MC came back to turn things really upside down. Even tho i was never in TBB, i was part of the never ending coalition to attept to help deffend but failing badly lol... Lost a manticore to an MC Crow on one of the final days i think of the war, i can remember letting fly with a whole bunch of cruise missiles but coz he was going so damn fast, i did .1 damage for about 100k of traveling lol.... was hillarious but bad for me. Long Live TBB, for all what they did accomplish, and to everyone who fought, died, and live in BWF at that time..... my heart droped when i found out tbb were no more!
THANK YOU CCP for giving me such entertainment on a different level in gamming. This is, and still is, the ONLY MMOG i play!
ROCK ON!!!

I started the game in its first month so I have seen all but a few days of the game so far. Large fleet battles are always memerable, the people you meet from all over the world are amazing, the point were you finally realize that even the pirates in the game are your neighbors in real life, but I guess for me the most significant one thing was early in the game I was on a trip out to Syndicate and jumped into EZA. I was flying a kestrel and I ran into hostile who was also in a kestrel we both imediatly attacked each other and the fight was on. We kept boosting sheilds and hammering each other and it was going to be a close one as we were going down at about the same amount. Then it happened both our ships went POP at the same time. We were left staring at each other in pods! It was to good. I died laughing and so did he.
I want to send out a salute to all those I have podded and who have podded me in turn.
Well done CCP this has been and continues to be the most engaging game ever. Thank You

Happy B-day Eve
I have been playing for 3.5 years I started (with my original account back when eve had only been out a few months
my most memoreble moments
hmm being the cause of FU getting attacked (and destroyed) by m0o have to rank pretty high :-) my charector was acused of allowing a leading m0o member into their aliance channel due to a disagreement out corp had had with Fade cause that m0o member was a old corpmate of mine (I was inocent of that though) well it turned out that that corp was against attacking FU due to a fact that the corp I was in was in FU after we got thrown from FU they where gone :-)
I also remeber getting atacked by a joker member and living to tell the tale
the first shiva expansion where we where able to use the agents we wanted and not just the one's we where refered to
alot of good times

I haven't been with EVE all that time, but in the nearly a year I have been with EVE, my most memorable moment in EVE was the death of Karishal Muritor. Being an outsider (Caldari) in the freedom war, I scooped the corpse and belongings of Karishal Muritor after the Republic fleet detroyed his ship. The Defiants at first threatened to kill anyone who touched his body . It was a great time, being included in such a significant part of EVE history, they addressed me and asked me to watch over his body until they returned for it. I may have moved on from the Freedom war but it was still the most memorable time for me. Ushra'Khan and Defiants forever!!

As strange as it sounds, my most memorable moment slipped my mind at the time.
HermanLivesInABucket-
I don't know if you're a vet who was pulling my leg, or another ISD or just a truly enthusiastic new player. You were one of my first Meet and Greets and you made me shoot my beer, yes beer, out my nose.
This one's for you herman, and I hope the space-pirates never got your treasure.

My most memorable EVE moment was my first trip into 0.0. I had just joined some two-bit alliance and I was on the way back out after delivering a hauler full of tech 1 goodies and ammo for my new adventures in 0.0. On my adventure down, I was shot at, targeted, and chased by more blue people than I can count. I decided to hop into my Cyclon and take a different route back into Empire. During my adventure, I got lost, had no bookmarks, and was in a battle cruiser. I was so ****ed off and fed up from being targeted and shot at by blue people that I started to target and shoot at all of the blue people I saw. Needless to say that it only ended up being one and he screamed in local "Blah blah blah pilot, why are you shooting on me? We are in positive standings." At this point, my blood was rushing and my veins were pumping. My heart was hitting the space bar while I was cursing and acting like a jackass in local. I was being screamed at in alliance, in local, in teamspeak by the guys with me. I was screaming back at all of them. In the end, I lost my cyclon. I got poded by some evil dude. From that day forward for the next six months the thought of 0.0 made me sick and my hand would shake, thus making that the most memorable moment in Eve. Now that that has passed, I am now an experienced PVPer and have not lived in Empire for years.

Happy Birthday EVE-Online. EVE was my first MMO game and the only one i keep coming back too.
My most memorable moment was killing a pirate in 0.2 space with my Dominix and him in his Raven. He thought i was mining then i swarmed him with my drones and Nos-sed him to death. Victory to the care bear that day.

Most memorable moment in eve back in 03 would be getting my first cruiser which lasted a mightly 30 mins when i was jumped by members of mo0 and m3g4 while tasting my first 0.0 xp. It was the first of many ships that i lost to them, one of the main reasons why its taken me til present day to venture back in to 0.0 space.

The pirates tried to ransom me but I had no money.
I started smacking (oh the shame) and he left me with the imortal line:
'Say hello to your clone for me'
Now i'm happily -10 and use that line whenever I ransom and they smack :)

My best moment was when I first logged in. I'd grabbed Eve because I wanted a game I could play with my new joystick with, and everyone knows space games are twitch-based right? I actually spent ten minutes or so learning how to work the controls and just staring at that lovely little non-symmetrical Reaper.
Then it gave me my first roid to mine, and I was in love. I ended up selling the joystick to fund more Eve goodness ^_^ *-----------------------* Press to test... *click* Release to detonate... |

Happy birthday CCP! Long life for CCP ¬ =)
So..my most memorable thing is...strike in Jita about 1.2 years ago..when some corps drop tons of shuttles to cause great LAG :) Event was directed against some renames of corp or ally names.. From that event was screenshot named "GM's revenge", where about 30 Seraphims positioned by sphere teach "how life must be"

The most memorable event for me would be my first player kill, which was trapping and toasting an ore thief in empire. I was new and naive, so I was open can mining and he took my ore. However, he got greedy and came back for more...too bad for him I had refit in the meantime. I guess losing his industrial ship loaded with T2 and named modules to a rookie pilot made him angry; he came back hunting (unsucessfully) for my little Cormorant with a Megathron. |

The 26th February 2005, going into the early hours of the 27th. The night when FOE forces lead by ParMizan and a couple of the old Forsaken Empire guys crushed three enemy fleets in succession. The first Battle took place in Obe outside the DED station, vs. Xetic with MC mixing it up in there too. I've never seen so many cargo containers littering the battlefield.
The second took place within an hour, just a jump up from C2X-M5 in Vale when an Exodus fleet challenged our space and was wiped out.
The third happened immediatly afterwards in C2X-M5 when word came through of Xetic/Stain + MC reinforcements moving up from empire blocking our return (hell, it seemed everyone wanted a piece of FOE at the time, and thats how we liked it ). We setup 60km off the gate and introduced them to hell when they jumped through.
P.S I think all of us still miss FOE

Four years ago on my 35th birthday (May 4th) a friend who had played the Beta bought me a copy of Eve as a birthday present. I waited a couple of days doing other things (I had a life back then) before signing up on May 7 and create this character. Four years later I am still friends with that person despite the fact I barely have a life beyond work and Eve these days.
My most memorable event will always be the gathering we organised in Usi to remember a loyal corp member who died in real life, Sean Bowler Linkage

You`ve made me in to a addict CCP. I will never be able to quit this game. Reason: Because this is still the most awesome game on the market, and has been for these 4 years.
Congratulations and happy birthday

Happy Birthday Eve. Congrats on 4 years.....
My memories in eve are many, but I'll mention 2 here:
The Building of the ISS Borealis Outpost in Pure Blind. Just the Shere fact that we as a corp in ISS managed to do it.
The Taking of ISS Cassini after the BoB raids in EC-P8R. We got a message from Count Tasessine "BoB have given us an outpost, go buy 2 towers and get them Anchored in EC-P8R Tonight...." In Iteron V's myself and ace loaded up Jumped from Torrinos into EC to be met with a Huge Bubble camp, "we are going to die!" was our thoughts, but we got the towers acchored. 2nd run for fuel went fine. During the 3rd Run D2/IRON hit the BoB Camp - Pods, cans and bodies literally littered the screen but the towers went up. We flew in industrials through the middle of a massive battle totally unscathed.
May eve bring me many more memories like this :)

Hi, My most memorable moment in eve would have to be the first time I joined a 0.0 alliance, and we went on our first P.O.S take-down. It was incredible I absoluetly loved it and since have done my best to learn pvp/fleet fighting. Imagine if you will your site of a cap ship and then you scroll across local immediate space and see many more of them. Thats what happened to me and it left me with eve stars in my eyes.
Thanks for reading my memory -Jay

I think my favourite EVE moment was actually prior to playing the game itself (not to say that I haven't had a lot of memorable events whilst playing the game).
Memorable event:
So I was at work and my mate (who had just started playing EVE) comes up to me and asks me if I'd heard of EVE. At the time I hadn't and could say that I was very happily sneaking around WOW with my level 30 rogue stabbing cows, boars and other unsuspecting creatures. Anyway he jumps on my work machine and loads up the EVE website and starts downloading the trailer. As we started to watch it my jaw hit the ground. My thoughts went as follows: OMG ... OMG ... AWESOME EXPLOSION ... OMG WTF HOW COOL ... BETTER THAN ELITE ... OMG COOL SHIPS ... OMG! When work finished that night I headed straight home, sold all of my WOW gear for whatever I could, sent my remaining gold to my alliance with a farewell/goodluck email, cancelled my WOW subscription and downloaded the EVE client.
As a side note I'd just like to say that this is an awesome game CCP. As a software developer I can understand the efforts involved in designing, producing, developing and maintaining such a game and I think you're doing an amazing job. Full credit to CCP and I wish you all the best for the future.

well gratz for holding eve up for 4 years and counting, best things i'd say.
Armageddon night
Jove battle eventage
First titan on tranquility was way cool. (that's non player controlled eventage btw)
SA C4 war.
And when our first outpost popped out of the egg, way cool.
FT- battle goes in there too, but that was mostly staring at a empty screen while listening to bob-radio and reading what was going on in chat.
