BTW. Some people got answers to their petitions in the style of "logs are clear". I suppose it is not logged, if a pilot is in the chat, but it is loged when the one is in the system. So they simply dont appear in the local (using some bug) and is no way to prove it.

I assume this requires a bit of coding. Guess no-local is already public domain and release of the source code wont hurt anyone.

Originally by: Sabrosa Namaste well as someone who was in PL for a long time (and I probably wont remain anonymous for long) the monkeysphere has long been known to not appear in local, story goes his internet was crappy (from estonia) and after some research he somehow figured out how to make his connection to the eve server without appearing in local, he's been killing unkillable farmers for years, and does it without appearing in local on either of his chars, go look at his history of kills on the PL killboard and you'll see what I mean, the rumours about this started in PL 2 or so years ago, If I'm wrong then my bad but from what I've seen I was pretty convinced of his ability to not appear in local.
Cool story bro. I can assure you that here, in Estonia we have pretty good connection (proof) I live far from town in a private house and still have my 12Mbit/s, probably will have switched to 100Mbit/s by 2011.

Just include a bit of code to activate fraps when a hostile ship / lock is detected into your ratting macro then show this evidence to CCP next time you try and get your stuff back. I'm sure it will show no hostiles in local ~_~ ~

It looks like everyone was silent while only macro-runners were in danger. But now he started to kill all he founds and here it comes.

It looks like someone who doesn't know anything has read thread on russian forum. But now he started to repost guesses without any evidence and here it comes, meet bad posting.

People! It's simple to understand, that without cheat impossible to kill so many bots. It's impossible to kill so many bots in so small time period. And on this ship. Just check KM on his KB. And think a lot.

99.99% of those reading this board won't bother unless you provide a link and some analysis of your own.

I think, that he kill Russian pilots, because he think, that we don't know English and cannot write here.
Also one bot owner say, that cheat user demand a payment. And he think, that some bot owners pay to cheat user.

I like how you imply macro ratting isn't cheating.
The amount of ratting cloak ravens/golems I encounter down in Curse/Stain is incredible. Most of these appear to be Russian characters. I'm not implying anything here, just working off what I have seen in game.
Considering these macros tend to be performing the same actions, someone dedicated to killing them is going to eventually figure out consistent techniques for doing so. ~

You must be talking about the SE Falcon that was abandoned in a safespot, in Feythabolis. You can't cloak a ship and then eject, you know. It's shocking.
Read the EVE-Ru thread: I already explained it there and I'm sure the Stain Empire pilot would gladly remember it if he flexed his neural muscles a bit.

Don't worry OP, in a short time the bot coders will have figured out the exploit he's using and release a fixed version.

Look if anything Monkeysphere the only thing you are doing here is making Pandemic Legion look damn awesome.
The way the character who is complaining has spoken it sounds like he is ****ed off that his script has failed to emergency warp when you have appeared. I mean to me it sounds like he has admitted to being a script kiddie and wants answers from CCP why he "I macro button" isn't working?
Keep up the good work Monkeysphere.
Edit: if he is scripting and he blatantly is, how would he know how long you have been in local for? Why would you macro and watch over the screen.

I did not like what someone has arrogated to itself the rights of God. Not having any reason for it. This is a game of one-sided. There are safety rules for life in the 0.0. If you are killed - it means you are either consciously went for it, or violated the rules. Against the Monkey the rules are not valid. The massive use of these same things will lead to an outflow of people from the zeros and possibly low.

ITT we discover that the bot farmers macro is not infallible.
The OP is missing out a key part of the story, or maybe he wasn't at his computer when monkey first entered local, and the farmers ship auto logged off. Then the evil monkey found his wrecks and went and sat in the same belt, then logged off himself.
You can't keep a farmer away from his precious rats for long, so after he logged back in, using a powerful spell known as the address book, the haxzor monkey knew his prey would be landing in the same belt he was in, and logged in. Scramble, pew pew, dead macro farmer.
There is a delay in updating local when you log in. Sometimes in order to catch macro bots, you have to use dirty log on tricks
