In all honesty this is calling into question my long term future in eve, I have played the game for many years, taking a few breaks due to RL as many other players no doubt have. Part the reason I kept coming back without a second thought was knowing that I had skills done so that I'd still be able to keep up with the constantly changing dynamics of the game in regards to skills and newly implemented items and features. I cannot support this move at all and it is evident that many here do not support this move either. You have a product that fills a niche here CCP and you are the owners of your property but a move like this could seriously damage subscriptions in regards to players leaving the game for temporary breaks as opposed to leaving the game permanently. A lot of the changes have been questionable of late, I guess this is just another to add onto the pyre. Edit - To those saying "It's only $15 a month", when people take breaks I'm sure the majority view it as a case of there is no point in paying something they aren't using. I won't be quiting over this. I will be buying up all the accounts for sale here in the near future for 1 isk each.
